Nike is obviously channeling STEPHEN A. SMITH in his post.

If that were the case it wouldn't have just been loud, it would have made no sense.

No sense?  Like Michael Irvin trying to needle Tom Jackson after Monday Night Football, as if his discussion of Bledsoe was pertinent to the analysis of Romos abilities?  Another classic Irvin moment would be his throwing the announcer from FIU Miami game under the bus, when we all know deep in his heart, or at least at the end of a long nights coke binge, Irvin would have come out the announcers booth himself.  Thats why they call it dope.

signed,
Art Schlicster and Mo Clarett

Actually, mark the Clarett signing.  Some of the stuff he has done is ridiculous as well, but in that case I really put the onus on the federal judiciary for the handling of his draft eligibility.  Just do, my opinion, no others.
See that, that spells Adidas

Irvin just feels like he owes TJ after this gem:

I'm a big fan of the Fighting Scotts Band. Is there any other NCAC team that has their own band? I know OWU has a pep band but I'm talking about a full blown band. Bands are a big part of football tradition and I am disappointed that there is not more of them in the NCAC.

I don't pay much attention to Irvin. I'm sure he is only there to be a loud mouth and controversial.

Good to see female posts on here. Our state high school post board had several females on it and they were very opionated. Their view points were always interesting. Speaking of high school, notice the lead in, Jr.'s high school regular season winning streak is at 54 and one more this year to go. You all are probably wishing they would lose so that you don't have to see any more of these posts but I feel compelled to report it because it is amazing.

Don't think Stephen A. smith does football.
Wabash website is just unbelievable, girls or no girls. More info on the game, teams rest of the conference than anywhere. I
t is an absolutely beautiful in Wayne county today. Hope this weekend is just as nice in C-ville.
Woke up this morning thinking Wooster just might win. Hmmmmm...

Nice to see the "Old Mans" name mention.  Have you ever seen a better LB wear the red & white than Adi?  As Always.

WallyFS4,

I have to say...I don't think so.  Killer Kilbane was legendary but I think Adi has his him on his quickness.  He scrapes as well as any LB we have ever had and has great instincts when to shoot/burst through to make the play.  In fact, sat near him last year at the Capital game and I think he would agree.  Boulais was up there too, obviously, but again...(sorry Bou) he didn't run as well as Adi.  Just my 2 cents.

Oh, Nike. You don't read Deadspin, do ya. Any mention of Stephen A. Smith and the COMMENTERS ALL POST IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS AND ASK FOR CHEESE DOODLES!

In the papers here Coach Creighton has downplayed Kenyon and Oberlin as contenders for the NCAC crown, since they have just beaten the dregs of the conference.

Yes, this is true - but Kenyon could still pull it off. They have two very winnable games before hosting Wooster at home the last game of the year.

It's possible that Wabash and Kenyon could tie with one loss each, and if I understand the tiebreakers in that case Wabash would go because they lost to a team (Witt) that is higher up in the conference standings (Kenyon lost to 'Gheny) - of course that could all change these next three weeks.

Now, if it's a three way tie at 6-1, then who knows.

But the first order of business is to beat Wooster - of course.

HA! "Quite frankly, these are the best cheetos I've ever eaten!".

Classic stuff. Just brutal. If it were anyone else but Stephen A. I'd feel sorry for them.

It's unlike CC to badmouth other teams in the conference....is it possible that CC doesn't consider Oberlin and Kenyon contenders because all likely scenarios in which they could tie for a conference championship likely has them tied with a team that has a higher power ranking and that the power ranking somehow plays into a 3-way tiebreak situation?

Wow, now that reading between the lines. You have a great career in law ahead of you if you want it, Wally.  ;)

QUITE FRANKLY I AM UPSET THAT THE COACH FROM WABASH HAS DISMISSED THE FINE ATH-A-LETES AT KENYON AND OBERLIN AS NOT IN THE CONFERENCE RACE. HE NEEDS TO SHOW SOME RESPECT TO THE BROTHERS ON...WAIT...OH IT'S KENYON AND OBERLIN...

NEVERMIND!
