Agreed Smed.

With the Senior leadership on this squad, I believe they will be ready to battle.

CC will I am sure design an initial game plan that will allow for the new QB to gain some early confidence.   With the stable of receivers we have, someone will always be open.  Big week for the O-Line.

Reading Coach Creighton's remarks, makes me want to suit-up...very inspirational...outstanding. smedindy: I forgot about the Dannie....save the critical mass for Oct 13th!!!

AUEagle,

Agree on CC's note.  Apparently that went out to the entire campus.  Pretty cool.

Wally - making the trek to Decatur tomorrow...try to look you up before kickoff.  Hope our D and Special Teams plays well tomorrow to take some pressure off the O and the new QB.

I may not be posting much since I have a lot of meetings in the AM and then flying back to the family in the PM, but I was listening to my iPod and an oldie by Wilson Pickett came on:

"99 1/2 won't do..."

Wabash needs to play 100% even if it is against Millikin. They almost came back and smacked us one last year at home.

No doubt.  This is a traditionally good team from a very good conference and after last year's massive comeback, I would expect that Wabash isn't looking past this game at all.

BB16, I should be in Decatur an hour or two before kickoff.  I'll definitely be in touch before the game.

Anyone else know the player profile/links on the Wabash roster???  Nice work Mr. Harris!!!!!!

http://www.wabash.edu/sports/football/roster - nice addition.

BashDad - can provide the chant "live" for you tomorrow if you like...  Confirm?

BashDad

I would dig that. I hope Huff does it.

Any scoop from practice? CC does the us-against-the-world routine like nobody else-- I imagine the week was pretty intense.

Live Blog tomorrow from Millikin...here is the link - http://www2.wabash.edu/blog/wc_mu

Radio station is off the air.

smedindy

But the broadcast can still be heard on the internet.

Transmitter problems at WNDY? Things change they do not.

No radio??  LG is gonna be ticked.   :)

For those who want to listen tomorrow you ought to be able pick up Millikin's radio feed from their website:

http://www.millikin.edu/athletics/football/

Here's hoping that stream holds up for the webcast warriors a little better than OWU's video stream did a couple of weeks ago.

Heard great things about the Albion video feed for their game against Wheaton last week.  I think their set-up is worth studying...

I used the Albion feed last week for the Wheaton\Albion game and was very impressed with the quality of the video feed and the play-by-play team at Albion.

So is it just that it's not available over the air or not available at all?

I won't go completely postal here just because I don't know for sure. But the bare minimum Wabash can do for alumni who don't live within radio range of campus is to have it available online. Of course, if I lived in radio range I'd be at the games, but my point is we need to at least have it available to hear.

I've stated previous times that I'd love to see online streaming and be more than willing to pay some sort of access fee for it (10 bucks a game or whatever).

It's hard enough following the team when you live 1,200 miles away but without having it online it's just plain impossible. And frustrating.

Agreed both the feed and the commentary were excellent.  I watched/listened sporadically to the Albion feed while attempting to listen to the NCC radio cast which was terrible before switching to the opponents radio cast. Ugh.  So much for all those awards NCC Radio has won over the years.
