that td was on 4th and 15....wow....

Close.  The TD was not on the 4th and 15 play.  Wabash converted the 1st down on a Hudson pass over the middle, then on the next play, Chamblee got separation and Hudson hit him in stride underneath the deep coverage.  Chamblee looked like a kick return specialist to get the last 25 or so yards after the catch.  Sweet!

hats off to the little giants. FC and Bash eliminate some OH foes and live to play again.  Hopefully we all win next week and settle it in two weeks at FC

THAT would be awesome. Those last two games against y'all have been just spectacular.

Which team will make the plays to win the game?  I expect a classic.

For my 200th post, I thought it quite reasonable to quote myself  ;D ;D ;D

Indiana had three teams in the playoffs and a fourth (DPU) who was on the bubble.  Not bad for a "basketball" state.

Great job by the Hoosiers today. Programs like FC & Trine have come far. I want to see Butler put it together and throw in a RHIT or a Hanover and you guys could stack the deck. And what about  Ball State.....But, I am here for the LG's....
My conference champion...I don't care if it's an Ohio team or Pa, that you beat...Just Win Baby!!!

I'm not particularly surprised that Wheaton beat Trine, but I do think that the Thunder are very beatable.

Wes,

Why do you think so?

Geezer Citizen

It really is nice that you posters from other NCAC schools are rooting the LGs on. We really appreciate it, and there will come a time when we will reciprocate. Thanks, to to Wes and other DPUers who have given ther support as well.

I am looking forward to the game with the Wheaties next Saturday. No doubt, I'll be there freezing my old bones.

Usee - have the upmost respect for Wheaton...  I think he's basing his comment - "beatable" on the fact Wheaton has lost twice.  Seems logical to me.  No doubt it will be a great game and by no means, are we taking the Thunder lightly.

How cool is it that a final 16 game is between 2 teams that scrimmaged one another in early September.

How awesome was Chamblee's run after his catch??

13-3 Bash.  Good to hear Hard HaT DDDDDD! chant over the web cast from the fans.

I started that HARD HAD D chant there!!  Just got back to Indy.

Unbeliebable that Franklin beat Otter.... 62 points.

BB16,

If that's his thinking he will be the official recipient of this weeks' obvious award.

I think its great that these two programs get to play each other for the real deal this week. I am really excited to see Hollett en fuego and watch these two programs get after it. I expect a great game.

OK Schwami...... I had a 38 minute nap in Mansfield and got back to Greenwood at 8:42pm EST.

How far a drive is it from Pittsburgh to C'ville?? ;D

I am still amazed at that Franklin/Otterbein score.  SEVEN TD PASSES FOR RUPP?!?!??!  Against the OAC runnerup on the road???

Wow.

wally_wabash, and all Wabash fans:

Congrats on the win today.  Sounds like Wabash has rebounded from the Monon Bell Game (not to bring it up again).  I really believe the two North Region Games next weekend are going to be excellent.

Hopefully the Little Giants escaped today's game with minimal injuries..

Rupp was in the zone.  Logan Defner caught five TD passes.  Rupp ran for another.  Props to the o-line for giving Rupp the time he needed. Total team effort.  Defense made some stops and kept the OTT running game from their usual 200 yards (71 total rushing yards)
