Sorry guys....I should know better. Even after all these years, I am still learning. (Ex: Some women from DePauw: Ok....Men:NO!).

Ouchkabibble.  That hurts.

You cut me real deep.  Real deep.

No video of the game on Saturday is a bummer.  Was getting a little spoiled.

Why should you go for it on 4th down?

QuoteKennon is manimal.  Plain and simple.  Lange is also a beast, but step 1 for anybody's offense vs. Wabash this year was to block Kennon.  Lange, Whyde, and Gangloff all had good seasons and benefitted greatly from the attention that DK drew.  When DK couldn't get to the qb, he was knocking passes down.  This is kind of a sick stat...DK's 6 pass breakups are good enough to lead 7 teams in the NCAC and are good enough to be 1st or 2nd on EVERY team in the NCAC.  From the DT position.  That's just nasty.

I don't know about you, but I think the Wabash D-line is a spittin' image of the '85 Bears!  ;D

Alright sports fans...Wabash is hosting a second round playoff game for the first time since 2005.  That second rounder vs. Capital drew (drumroll) 1585.  Not gonna be good enough this time around.  I realize that it's a holiday weekend.  We'll all be spending the extended weekend with our friends and family.  Buy them an early Christmas present from the bookstore and bring 'em with you.  Family wants you to stay in for the weekend?  Do whatever favors, as unsavory as they may be, necessary to get there.  There are eight D-III games happening on Saturday and we're lucky enough to have the opportunity to be at one.  These games are precious...don't miss a chance to see something great on Saturday!

Screw the family.  I'll be at the game.  Let em eat 2 day old leftovers if they wanna stay home.  Pfft.

Bayernfan,

I'll be back.  My dad and son(Noah) are coming with me.  I believe we sat together last year at CWRU and Whitewater.  Unfortunately couldn't make it to Cleveland this year but Noah and I watched it on the webcast.  Hopefully, we can bring them some luck.

I agree that Wabash faithful need to bring the family along.

Looks like weather should be pretty good.  Much better than Whitewater at least.

Since no NCAC sudent athletes are nominated, please consider voting for Dan Whalen for the Gagliardi.  There's a link on the front page to vote.

D3_DPUfan,

Nice.  Hey, who do you guys play this weekend?

BayernFan

fijidoc...

I'll look for you!!

cwru70......

I thought about it... almost did it..... would have been proud to.....

but I went ahead and threw my lot in with Chad Rupp.... Indiana kid doing well. (I just can't get that 7 TD +500 yards passing effort on the road against OAC Otterbein out of my head...wow).  For that reason, I also chose NC as the #1 seed most likely to lose this weekend.

Whalen would also be a very good choice.

Done.   Whalen is very deserving of recognition.  A great kid and a great athlete.

After reading Dan Whelan's email to Caoch Eric Raeburn, I would love to see CWRU in the NCAC. That's the kind of class I want to see Wabash go up against in conference games.
When better women are made, Wabash men will make them.

CWRU was actually a charter member of the NCAC.  They left to pursue bigger and better with the UAA in 1999.

Also will vote for Whalen.  Watched the Wabash-CWRU game a couple nights ago on STO. Whalen is very good.
Having seen DK several times the last four years, his  Defensive POY award was a no brainer.
The announcers of the game, obviously pulling for CWRU, could not help lavishing praise on Kennon throughout the game.  He seemed to be in the backfield on every play.
Wabash has other talented defensive players and our own Matt DeGrand is impressive, but DK stood out above them all.
An award well deserved.

Any way to see this email?
