Since Ursinus and TCNJ both played LaSalle it would be nice if they could play each other to replace LaSalle. It would help both of the to have a regional game, as opposed to a game that only looked in the win column. They may have scheduling to work out, but it would be nice.

They basically were a D3 program masquerading as a 1AA program.

And not a very good one -- Massey ranked them directly behind Howard Payne, who was ranked 186th in Division III.

Well Pat,  didn't want to kick them while they're down.   :)

I was looking at open dates now that Ursinus has lost LaSalle. Here are a few that I think they could look into.
Waynesburg ( Western PA do not know if they would travel that far. Gave up ECAC game because of travel cost)
Wesley ( Just down the pike under an hour drive.)
Rochester ( ( Another long trip> Cost????)
King's ( Just 1 1/2hrs up the Turnpike. would be a good game)

I doubt Waynesburg or Wesley would be an option.  I know the Centennial likes to schedule out of conference games against schools that have similar academic philosophies and I'm not sure they fit the bill.  Hopkins has played Rochester in the past and King's might fit the bill since they come from the MAC.

Dear Centenniel Guys,

We lost at Wesley but we gave it our best shot.We scored first, had 2 more goldern opportunities to score in the first half, but came away from the red zone without points...Wesly scored with a minute and some seconds left in first half, making it 7-7.

We kicked to them, and 2 plays later it was 14-7. When they next touched the ball, it was 2 plays later and 21`-7...We had our chances, and you can't give them away against a big fast ooutstanding football team and expect to win.

It was a wonderful season for us Mules, we think we represented the Centennial
pretty well, and look forward to seeing everyone next year. The second season (the playoffs) just ended alittle too soon for our liking.
