Does anyone know if Dickinson & Muhlenburg started their Field Turf installations yet?

muledaddy

BT,

I will check it out...anybody think the Mules and Alfred, from the Empire Conference, would make a good scrimmage?
Rumor has it that all which remains is to pick the location............

BTEXPRESS

I guess I will answer half of my own question from above.I just found out Dickinson is waiting for all their Spring sports seasons to finish before starting renovations to the track and Biddle field. I guess they figure they can get everything done including the installation of lights in 4 months before the start of the football season.

Looks like the Conference is trying to improve by playing stronger conferences. Should be a good year.

This Link was put together by another poster in the general football area. It is a super great map to locate D3 teams and the conference they are in.  Even though some of the teams or schools maybe a little out of where they should be, you get the general idea. I think the person who put this together should get a super at-a-boy for is efforts. Click on the general football look at the posting from the start..

Nice little piece. Might even be something that could fleshed out for an ATR this season. :)

2.7 seconds. An average football player may need more time to score; a great one finds a way. I've seen greatness happen.

OLD ENDS, you do a great job of keeping us informed of the various stories and links to the different schools in the conference. See if you can do some research to see if any of the schools have announced their football recruiting classes for this up coming season. I believe May 1st is the dead line for most schools for the new students to return their deposits and then the schools can officially comment.

BT cannot find much on the recruits, but I did find an answer on your Dickinson football field question.

Mule captains selected; a fine group of leaders, a quarterback, a center, a safety, and a linebacker........

summer camp is just around the corner.......thank God

BT--- Still can not find anything on recruits.. The local papers do have some things from time to time about players and where they are going but that is mostly DIV I and II. Even all of the Conference teams have 2007 rosters still on the main football page.. May not see it until they update those pages.

BTEXPRESS

Old Ends, Thanks, I haven't seen much either. I always laugh when you see a kid's picture in the local paper and it says he got a scholarship or signed his letter of intent to a Divsion III school.
