Greek, I have seen every Dickinson game this season and I think if any team can pick off the Mules, it's the Red Devils who easily could be going into this game undefeated with a little luck in their three losses this year. Their Defense has been playing great and the Mitchell to O'Connor combination is for real. Throw in the fact that it's Family Day and Homecoming and the stage is set. They certainly are not going to roll over just because the Mule train is coming to town They are also undefeated at home this season on the renovated Biddle Field. The pressure is all on the Mules to run the table. Dickinson has nothing to lose. and will come prepared to play.

You just don't get it.Mules are road warriors and just keep  holding the line, a game at a time. It
doesn't matter to the Mules if its President's day, Thanksgiving or Homecoming in Carlisle. It's just

..the Devils are a swell team and Coach Breaux is an old pro...But the Duke's got the whip, and he's

Picks for 11/1....on the money..take it to the bank

1. MULES kick Devils (till hell freezes over)
2. F and M beats on McDaniel (Dips are getting stronger each week)
3.Hopkins over Juniata (2 class teams..1 strong Kase)
4.Moravian beats Ursinus (home team workout)
5.Wesley over Gulls (sets up November rematch with MULES, a game to die for)
6.Wash and Jeff over St. Thomas (not a prayer)

Picks for 11/1


Dickinson-- The Devils have beaten 4 teams with winning records while Muhlenberg has only beaten 1. All of the Mules wins were against losing record teams. And Dickinson is home

F & M-- Homer pick
Hopkins--The only team with a winning record the Mules have beaten
Moravian--must recover from Juniata and will take it out against the Bears
Salisbury -- Going with the home dog again
W & J -- just stronger

The winning record for Muhlenberg looks good on paper but the fact that teams they have beaten are not winning hurts them on the same paper.

It is not that Centennial is a week conference it just that the teams out of conference, for Muhlenberg, are not helping them.
Wilkes  2 - 5, Alfred 3 - 3, non conference,

Gettysburg 3-5, Juniata 1 - 7, McDaniel 2 - 5, F & M 3 - 4. conference
Of the games left Dickinson and Moravian are the only two left that have winning records and that could change.

I am hoping that Muhlenberg keeps winning, but I think Dickinson and Moravian may be two possible stumbling blocks for thier program. Only the team's Victories could prove me wrong.

Mrs Old and Mrs Muledaddy also being invited....mutually convenient location to be determined, ad well as date......the Mules don't make up the conference schedule...we just play'em as we find 'em and work...
and take care of business...
and work...ask Johns Hopkins who is better.....Mules or Devils...I already know the answer...and no one
has greater respect for the coach, the qb and the wr of the devils, except the new, improved Mule defense ;also,
I will let you in on a secret...Moravian isn't as strong as we first thought....but they are not bad.....

Just remember Mule, I look at the Conference in a different light. I have no one in my family that went to any of the conference schools. So I do not cheer for only one, I cheer for all. I look at the Stats, study the charts, consult informed people, trust the D3 people and after all that ---- the coin gets flipped.

 I wouldn't take the Dickinson lightly. You seem convinced on a W this sat. Its just my opinion but i feel Dickinson is the second best team in the CC this year. Lots of playmakers, as well as the home field. Never bet against the Devils at home. It should be a great game, you guys are very strong this year. Hope you make the trip.

Muledaddy & Creek, It's kind of funny. This whole board has supported and picked the Mules to win every game this year(including me) and as soon as there a few disenting voices/votes, you get all defensive about your Mules. The Red Devils might not win this Saturday, but I can guarantee as THE MULE TRAIN heads back to Allentown they will know they were in a BATTLE IN CARLISLE!

Heavy, i know that Muhlenberg is not taking there game against Dickinson lightly, i have also seen every game that Muhlenberg has played this year also, they don't look ahead to see who they play 2 or 3 weeks from now. They are very focused and there coaching staff is one of the smartest staff that my son has ever played for. You do have a good case i aggree, just look at last years game i think Muhlenberg only won by 4 points, so this will most definitely be a really good game and we will see what both teams are made of.I do see your point, but i do have to side with Muhlenberg on this one and may the Best Team win, This team just seems to find different way's to win. Hopefully the weather will hold out and there will be excuses .
