I aggree with Muledaddy in a previous posting what a fine young man Ian Mitchell QB for Dickinson College is, a class act indeed. But these Mules just seem to fined a way to beat you, regardless of the bad officiating they pulled this one out.
So good luck Muhlenberg next week against Ursinus College.
GO MULES !!!

Mates,

a shout out is in order for Dickinson qb Ian Mitchell and the fine Philly Daily News article on his charitable

works. It appeared on Thursday and I wish nothing but the best for him, except at 1pm today.

That same article was first mentioned on this board 4/27/08, then again 9/24, in reference to an ryan tipps article.
Ryan writes for the Mid-Atlantic region part of around the region.

It took the Daily news a  long time to find that information. That was first written on the Dickinson web site.

Heavy300

First off i am guessing you both were in the seats for Both reversed calls. First reversed call did (and trust me i was close to the action) hit the turf. The ball hit the ground and rubber made a slash as the ball slide into the recivers hands. The reason the back judge didnt see it was because he was naturally behind the play. Thats when the side judge ran in and made the correct call(weather you like it or not). Second reversed call was made by the ref that claimed to have seen red with it first. I have no idea how the other official could make a judgment so fast. Either way the Mules came out on top and they deserved it, the are a good team. It just bothers me that your fans have so many excuses during a win. what happens when you lose?? Lol. In my opinion i would like to say that in no way is that team worthy of a top 5 ranking in the country. The undefeated record in nice but i believe their are alot of more quality teams in the top 25. Guess we will wait and see. I hope i am proved wrong because it would be nice to see someone from the CC advance in playoffs. Good luck Mules in the rest of your games.

muledaddy

Heavy,Mules don't need excuses, just wins. All we need is  a fair shake and we will be fine.Sooner or later,

truth will out.

BTEXPRESS

Heavy, You beat me to the punch. Muledaddy, you almost had me. I really thought you would come on this board after Saturday's game and say what a great and exciting game you witnessed between two good teams, on a beautiful fall day, before a great crowd and great atmosphere. You would have converted me and the Dickinson fans would have surported you the rest of the year. But no, you complain about the Refs. There wasn't a football game played across the country this past weekend, High School, College or pro where fans questioned calls made on the field. My Father used to say " two fans rooting for opposing teams could be sitting side by side and not see the game they were watching the same way" A fan sees what you want to see. I agree with heavy, both calls, although delayed by the Refs were the RIGHT calls. Oh and by the way, the Devils had players injured as well!

I voted.

Second Round.

The north half of the bracket will Muhlenberg, USA South, ODAC and probably Wesley.  I think that Wesley takes out the Mules.  Muhlenberg is drawing either a #6, #7 or #8 seed in the first round, as they should as #1 or #2.

In the South half of the bracket, UMHB and HSU fight it out.  Millsaps cruises by Huntingdon and then the big shootout in Jackson occurs.
