Mates,

Who would have thought Ursinus would go for 2 aftter they scored?Certainly threw off the over under,

which had to be 53.

Meanwhile, it's time to get ready for Moravian, the only obstacle to a 2nd perfect unbeaten season.

With the Hounds coming off a bye, rested and healed, and the Mules limping in with multiple injured,

it will take a superhuman effort to keep a clean slate.GO MULES.

PaWesley,

No fear here, just faith.....Mules beat Moravian...take it to the bank. Mules are deep, dedicated, loyal,
hardworking...and stubborn. What you perceived as fear was merely personal pain of a parent whose
player son was injured in the Ursinus game and may, very likely, have run onto the field for the last time,
ending the most wonderful experience a kid and his dad could ever share at college age, 4 years of D3 football. I hope I am wrong and the MRI turns out negative; but, as we all know by now, Muledaddy seldom is wrong.GO MULES

muledaddy, i hope that you are wrong this time, sorry to hear about your son.  prayers for him, if you are not.    it would be a shame to go out in his last year with an injury. :(  still hoping to meet you at some point this year.

It is hard to believe that we are heading into the final week of the regular season. Here are some thoughts for the week. You don't really see Head Coaches in Division III let go to often. I was surprised by the timing of the Juniata situation. I thought Juniata was much improved this season and probably the best one game winning team in the country. It was probably too little too late for Murphy. Hopefully, they can bring in an entire new staff and turn some things around. Is McDaniel next? It makes sense for the conference for the Mules to beat Moravian on Saturday and finish 10 0 to get a great seed for the playoffs. I think even with a loss the Hounds will get an ECAC bid as will Hopkins if they finish 8 2. After seeing just about every team in the conference this season, the one thing that sticks out is how good the Quarterbacks are in this league. Just about every team has a great QB. Waiting on our Pick ems for the week.

Dr Hass, Muhlenberg College provost, heading to Texas read attached article. Even though this is not D3 releated I meet with her a few times while doing business there. Students always talked to her and she enjoyed dealing with the students. Her personality and helpfullness to the students had to make effects on the athletic student body as well.

Austin College is getting someone special and good luck to her.

Muledaddy I know she went to some of the sporting events to show her support.
