CC, I agree doesn't look like an upset this week. There probably will be one, but I don't see it. I have the same four picks as you this week.

JHU
F & M
Dickinson
Ursinus

Picks  ???

John Hopkins
F & M
Dickinson
Ursinus

My fingers are crossed for this week.

Also I see Dickinson's Pat O'Conner did not play last week against Gettysburg. Anyone hear if he will make this weeks game.

Coaches' pre-season poll was a little off as of now
Pre-season(current)
John Hopkins(1)
Muhlenberg(7)
Dickinson(1)
Moravian(8)
Gettysburg(5)
F&M(1)
Ursinus(1)
McDaniel(6)

This week guesses(based on my last place standing)
Johns Hopkins
F & M
Dickinson
Ursinus

These pick won't help me move up in the standings since it looks like everyone pretty agrees as of now.

MuleDaddy,
Haven't heard much from you this year. Any preview on what to expect from the mules sat? Running team? or passing?

Devil,

I am envious this year. You have a nice team with some real depth. Even without your superstar
receiver/returner (whom I understand remains injured), the rest  of the team has picked up the slack.
Kudos to  Coach Breaux, his staff and the scholar  athletes of a fine school.
Turning to my poor ,tired and oft disjointed Mules, we will show up, play some good defense, and pray that we have identified the qb of the future (finally), noting thstruggle continues at this point,
at he is a graduate of the same high school that our last outstanding field general (Santagato), hailed from. I see a nice future but the  search for points, via running and/or passing presents a serious challenge. I think The Duke is one hell of a coach, but he can't grab the ball and carry it over the line for the kids.......they must mature and  this is the rebuilding year

As we all know you can never count out the Mules. They still have a great defense and Dickinson will have to be on their game offensively on Saturday. It looks like some players have really stepped up to take O'Connor's spot over the last few weeks. It is just more by committee now, than just one player, which is not a bad thing. Hopefully O'Connor will be able to get back on the field before the season is over. If you look at the history of the CC, teams make runs for a few years and then settle into mid pack. That is because most of the schools are recruiting the same type of kids. You get a good class or two and you can have a nice three or four year run. The Mules will be back after some growing pains.

MULEDADDY, 69MULE and YEN4TEN don't forget your picks for this week.

69mule

Hopkins
F&M
Dickinson (maybe if I vote against the Mules they'll win.  Reverse psych  :-\.  Or maybe they could stop with the dumb penalties and turnovers)
Ursinus
Wilkes
Glassboro State Teachers' College (Rowan)

Happy Halloween to all

GLASSBORO STATE????, now 69mule you are really dating yourself.(ha ha) They still have the same ugly colors: chocolate and yellow.
