The match up between F & M and Hopkins is very interesting. I have seen both teams play and both teams have very high powered offenses although they play two totally different styles. Hopkins does have a passing game but also relies on Kase and his running, where F & M does run the ball some, but relies more on the pass to move the ball. The outcome will come down to who plays the better defense. There is probably more pressure on Hopkins to win this game as they were the preseason CC favorite. Home field advantage @ Homewood might be the difference. Probably for the first time ever, there will be fans in Carlisle rooting for the Dips to win.Hope it is a good game.

Reserved Seat

Dickinson(strong offense-or just too strong period)
F & M(may need to establish the hint of a running game)
Gettysburg(home)
Ursinus(not a good omen for Ursinus, since I have a poor track record picking for or against Ursinus)

Well it is going to come down to the final week. If Hopkins and Dickinson win next week---John Hopkins gets the NCAA playoff bid. Dickinson may go to Eastern Conference.

Mr Comish can let us know what happens if the both loose. I think that John Hopkins will still get the nod because of the head to head matchup where Hopkins won.

If one or the other lose the one that did not lose gets in.

back to sailing.

Mates,

The pain was unbearable, watching the Mules hand 21 pts to their opponents, including multiple fumbles in their

own  redzone
making  the difference between a 10-3 Mule win and the bitter reality of a 24-10 Mule loss.ball security,
ball security, ball security....nothing is more important. The young Mules don't have the fire in their bellies that it takes to be champions, and  the returning seniors can't do it all by themselves. Nice defense...no offense, except for the always magnificent work of wide receiver Phil Cresta, who has champions rings..and memories.....Lachaud,Emmett,Ahouse,Bender, Hussey, and all the other  seniors...cherish those rings forever.....
for they commemorate your finest hours....good luck, God Bless, and there's always next year....MULEDADDY
