Although I think you are right, let's go for the upset special UW Whitewater. I guess with history on their side, if Whitewater even covers the spread against Mount Union, it will be almost like a win. In all honesty, the way the Purple Raiders have dominated over the years makes the Championship game seem anti climatic. It is hard to believe that this is the third year in a row that the same two teams have played. I wonder if the city of Salem, Va is losing out a little with attendence because of the BEEN THERE DONE THAT theory.

Bitman  It was fun. You bated me into taking Whitewater, I really didn't think they had a chance. I think it is good for division III that a team other than Mt Union won. That being said, those two teams appear to be on a whole different level than your average Division III school ie Centennial Conference school. I think it is hard for the typical small private( Expensive)Division III school  to comete against a large public university( Whitewater). I believe their stadium seats well over 10,000 people. I know people will say Mt Unon is a small private college, but I think they are the exception, not the norm.
