things up this year....but not this week.....GO MULES

BTEXPRESS

Hard to believe we are week #6 of the pick ums, Here goes:

DICKINSON over Hopkins ( should be a good one under the lights)
MUHLENBERG over Juniata ( Eagles had their shining moment last week)
MORAVIAN over G'burg ( Hounds are mad over last week's loss to the Devils)
F & M over Ursinus ( The Dips are well rested and healed after a bye week)
HOBART over Union ( two long time rivals)
LINFIELD over Whitworth ( Can't go against a former National Championship winner)

GREEK, tell us more!!!!  (details?)

I feel a bit of sadness for Salisbury and it's students, not for the people who are guilty of giving the college a negative mark.

The American Coaches Poll dropped Muhlenberg to #6 this week read article here:

One thing you have to remember, if the Muhl's want to be noticed they must win on both sides of the line. Sure it is good to win a game, but defense must play a big role in shutting down the other team.

We want the Conference to have the recognition and so far it seems that Muhlenberg fits the bill. So if Muledaddy wants to have his boast, I will enjoy it. The rest of you can bust on him, I will enjoy the banter.

It seems that the student newspaper wants turf at Ursinus's Patterson Field. When you get to the link just scroll down to the story.

Old,

I share your feelings...a good Mule must play stubborn defense, against the pass, if the team is to

run with the big dogs......national ranking is earned, one game at a time.....Congrats to Wabash,,

for now

greekgeek

How can you bust on muledaddy ? He tells it like it is and backs it up....ok last week was a battle but they did what they had to do to win, good teams come back.
Muledaddy, keep your cell phone handy, i have a Family Wedding this saturday that i must attend and i will not be at the game this week against Juniata, so i will be checking in from time to time.
GO MULES !

BTEXPRESS

Old ends, I guess wanting Field turf and installing it are two different things. Ursinus, F & M and Juniata are the only three schools in the conference without it. I can tell you after sitting in monsoons watching several games this season, field turf is the way to go. In Ursinus' defense, they really have improved the entire school with all the new buildings/dorms/fitness center/field house etc over the last 7 to 10 years. It will be interesting to see if the school paper's article has any influence on the Administration.
