Are you sure Sensei?  I thought that Rule 542 was:   No posting when boombalahties are in season.

C-Mob would never post if that was the case, because he'd be the first to tell you that boombalahties are always in season.

Not necessarily, because Rule 770 created by CMob amended Rule 542 to read as follows:   No comprehensible postings when boombalahties are in season.

Hence, the origin on the MIAC board of what is affectionately known as "Greekspeak".

Exactly. Since boombalahties are always in season, C-Mob posts in Greekspeak 24-7-52. ;)

Willy Wonka

GAC up 11-4 early. Van Sickle and Wirtjes are 3-3 from deep.
I don't hate Duke. I just hate all their players, coaches and fans.

Willy Wonka

GAC up 24-23 and outshooting Auggie 33% to 32%. Very perimeter-orientated game. Only 2 FTs shot as no one is really attacking the basket or getting post touches on either side. GAC led 18-8 early but went cold as the Auggie defense picked up.

Gustie bench is outscoring its starters 13-11 as Van Sickle (6) and Wirtjes (5) were the only regulars to score. The offensive flow is better than the last game I saw, but Paulson and McPartland have been completely ineffective in their hi-lo attempts.
I don't hate Duke. I just hate all their players, coaches and fans.

Gacman

The second mouse always gets the cheese.

Willy Wonka

Auggie shooting the lights out in the second half. Up 43-39...but Cassens just charged for his 3rd foul with 10+ minutes left.

SJU was up 31-19 over Mac at halftime. Couldn't find the score in the goat battle. Are we sure that wasn't canceled?...

Carleton up 42-35 at the half in the battle for the goat trophy.

Interesting exchange between Wirtjes and Olson. Wirtjes stole it from Olson, who then tied him up. Olson seemed to give a chest bump and my people say he was talking smack as they fell to the floor. Olson continued push the envelope as they got up, so Wirtjes shoved him away. Hanson pulled Wirtjes for about 20 seconds, but Olson stayed in the game. No techs were called, but Panning pulled both players aside for a chat.

Olson hit a 3 a few minutes later to go up 52-45. It's now 54-47 with 5:11 left.

McPartland owning the Auggies with 15 in the second half. 55-55 now.

Interesting to note that Schmidtknecht and Paulson aren't in during crunch time.

Auggie up 61-59 with a minute left.

Blacklock, who's playing for Paulson, had two turnovers in the final 90 seconds.

Anderson and McPartland dominating. I'm open to discussion but i think the gusties might have the best bench play this year and its not even close.

Willy Wonka

Seth Anderson with the knockout blow.

He drilled a pullup tp put GAC up 69-63 with 2:07 left in OT...and then drilled Cassens on his way down to the floor. Cassens appeared to hit his head and went to the bench.

Olaf up 61-59, says Auggie announcer.
