SUMMIT!!!!!

As Rod Stewart sang "Tonight's the night!"

Round III  should be an epic battle, and like the first two rounds a study in contrasting styles of play. Will SJU's inside game win out or will UST's "Reign of Threes" triumph?  Both play strong defense and as the cliche goes "defense wins championships."

If the Toms connect on 46% or more from 3-point land, they will win. If they can get to the free throw line often, things should go their way...in the past five games, UST has converted 89 of 102 (87.25%), and over 85% in all five games.

The biased pick here---  UST 81 SJ2  70
After the game, the king and pawn go into the same box.

Came here for the same reason... disappointing!!

Canute can't guard Nelson, not without help. Tommies schooled Canute last time. I think he was sick.

Not only are Johnnies shooting lights out, we are not doing a great job of getting good looks. Against St Mary's, we had the looks and shot poorly, not even doing that well tonight

Big win for the Johnnies. Swathmore loses. First #1ranking in SJU history?

Congrats Johnnies. You've got a great basketball team. Good luck in the tourney.

Just a shame you're all still terrible people.
