I'm going to throw a name out there. I'm not sure if he'll play basketball, but he should. Joey Fragodt from Benson. Great athlete that is going to GAC. I know Wohler came to see him play in Bird Island one night. He is truly unselfish, which fits him in well at GAC.

PI - That was one of the GAC's top five recruits that I couldn't remember. I saw him play once two years ago, but I don't remember much about his game.

Local - The decision has been made on who will replace Flom, it should become "official" and announced on the GAC website within the week.

GACbacker - Interesting. If my reading between the line is correct, that means very good news for the GAC program -- though not for everyone involved. Boschee's disciples are spreading

Wonka? Bitter? Hasn't Uncle Sid taught we Minnesotans anything about being a sports writer? There is always something to complain about, whether it be Big Daddy Wohler, Keating or having to watch my alma mater destroyed by 30+ points on its home court.

That said, I'm simply unhappy that I sat on that info for more than a week only to let you steal my thunder

I can't decide if I'm more excited or more disappointed with the new hire. It'll be interesting hear outside reactions.
