Everyone watched WCCO for storm coverage last night I'm assume. If that includes you, you may have heard a familiar name: West, from the mecca of Cleveland, Minn. The parents of long-time poster WESTIE, submitted great pics/video of the storm that WCCO rolled with all night. I watched for 5 minutes and their names were mentioned 2-3 times.

It makes you wonder...with his parents documenting natural disasters for runs on major networks and his bro having spent two separate stints up north fighting fires in the last month, what is WESTIE doing with his life? Waiting to referee JV high school girls basketball games with Wonka heckling him from the stands just doesn't seem that important anymore, does it?

We got baseball size hail in Northfield yesterday morning. My windshield took a beating, as did several others. St. Olaf got hit pretty hard, every car in their parking lot had windshields that were completely shattered. The Ford dealership got hit the hardest. Every windshield on every call was completely shattered, and a lot of cars totaled. Estimated damage was around 12 million bucks!

I was just wondering about you TH4L. They just showed Polzin glass comp. in Northfield. They serviced 400 cars today, usually have 20. Wow. Hutch didn't have a drop of rain yesterday early evening. But it knocked out my cable. I didnt have FSN last night and WCCO had the weather on instead of Twins. It was down to watching it on Yahoo.

Considering your "day" probably didn't start until after the yawner by Red Wing over St. Paul Harding -- 54-13 last night, is it any wonder you were still up at 5:00 this morning? That must have been more brutal than the Hamline - Mayville State game.

Sort of a random question there B34. I don't think you've posted since last basketball season & you ask about Keith Eckhoff & the Vikes in your first two post back?

Sumander or someone else can correct me if I'm wrong, but the last we heard on the board is that the Big E decided to forego a medical red-shirt to enter the world of work. Apparently he's teaching EL ed. in Detroit Lakes this school year. The Cobbs will certainly miss him.
