I can't let it go without commenting on it.

...Perhaps the most entertaining aspect was the explosion provided by coach Kos.  For those of you that missed it...

Frustrated by officiating, Kos blows a gasket and in an incredible spasm slams a cup of water on to the court, and tears off his coat. Afterwards he continually paces and puffs red in the face. I can't do it justice, but it was the most spectacular fit I have seen in quite some time.

Nice Son of Sonny (Gulsvig - longtime Cobbs coach) story!  He just needed to get a technical & ask about the currency exchange rate or something to put it in the same category as the original Sonny story.  Ask Wonka or Maniac if you're not familiar with the original.   This one sounds like a beaut though!  ;D

Must be something in the water at Schoenecker that makes coaches do this stuff!  ;)

Koz flipping out on Saturday may have been one of the funniest things I have ever seen.  The entire crowd was laughing at him as were a few of the Ole players at the end of the bench. Absolutely hilarious.

Big game for the Tommies tonight. I'll be there, for some reason playing at Hamline is always a good time.  Shooters love it, its always hot in there and its easy to get warmed up. I'd expect a big badooka dunk from Ike on Kyle Foster's head.

GAC vs. BU

This might be too late to throw this out there...because the game is in 7 hours...but I will give it a try anyway.  Who is wittwer going to guard?  Will he guard Meadowcroft or Madson...Wittwer is a great defender...and I think whoever he doesn't guard needs to have a big game for the Royals?  Unless they put Stein on the BIG...Sowden on Charles....and then Wittwer on Madson.

Any thoughts from somebody that knows the Gusties better than me??

I fully expect the Gusties to play zone against such an unstoppable offense.

PS - Anyone who sits by a computer tonight listening to games, please post scores. I'll be stuck in the office awaiting updates. I might even dish you some K :)
I don't hate Duke. I just hate all their players, coaches and fans.

Because everyone seems to be on the schnettler bandwagon this year for best 2guard/overall guard in the miac ive decided to share a few stats with you people and would love to hear your response on how you can still think that after what i share.......
in 4 games he averages the MOST MINUTES per game on the team at 31.5
in 4 games he averages less then one assist a game...    .8 assists per game
in 4 games he averages  only 1.5 rebounds per game.
in 4 games he has a TOTAL of 3 steals on the year.
in 4 games he averages 19points per game

now for fun i decided to compare that to SJU's guards
Ohme- 3 games, 4.7 assists, 2.3 rebounds, 8 steals, 13.7 points per game
Leisure-3games, 3.7 assists, 2 rebounds, 7 steals, 19.7 points per game
westman-3games, 1.7 assists, 3.7 rebounds, 2 steals, 16 points per game

THEY ALL AVERAGE MORE assists, steals, and rebounds per game then schnettler and points is relatively close.  DO you still think he is the best guard in the league???  i rest my case!
