i thought basketball was crazy until i heard about the lady that pooped in a diaper and drove 1000 miles to beat up some other lady...now thats crazy

A few things about the tournament.  UST and St. Johns will be in.  UST has a chance to win some games but St. Johns will lose their first game if they make it in.  They have no clutch player! 

Who ever said Neal Anderson was a better shooter than Schnettler is crazy!!  Schnettler is the best shooter in Division three basketball.  Ive seen all the Miac teams and am familiar with the WIAC as well, no one is as clutch and has as quick a release as Schnettler.  Im not jumping on the St. Johns bandwagon.  Saying Bethel will get in is like saying Kyle Foster doesn't look like Frankenstein!  They wont get in and he looks like his twin brother.   

The up and comming Auggies could beat them tonight, you never know.  Solaja took it at Ike Monday and Cassens is clutch.  Auggies could win or get blown out, depends which team shows up!  Future is bright in Auggie land in Griess keeps up his recruiting.

Dang Senior MIAC posters - we finally get a new poster, Dunkmachine, on the board  & y'all wanna smite/stone him to death before he even starts talking some serious trash?  -3 on one post?  I didn't think his post was all that inflammatory.  That's harsh. Talk about eating our young!   

I also thought his line about the departed Kyle Foster was kinda clever & humorous. Besides, CMob has already indicated he might not be around much more after this season sniff, sniff.  We'll need someone to add a bit of levity to the board.

Methinks the Johnnies' fans are starting to get a little testy as they enter the stretch drive of the season.

Welcome to the board, Dunkmachine, and +k from me for your 1st post. Regardless of what Mr. Palmer says, I'm sure you'll find us (Johnnies especially   ) to be an affable bunch.
While SJU may not have a "star", they may very well be the deepest team. ("Team" being the keyword here). That's how we roll. As for the bandwagon, I don't recall sending you an invitation.  Play your cards right and you might just get a ride. And it will be a longer ride than you think.

As Fins pointed out, it isn't about being the best player in D-3. The best team is going to win it all...usually. The Johnnies have been consistent at home and consistently poor on the road but they are consistent. They are going to get a guy around 20 and have 3 or 4 in the 10-15 point range. Plus they have depth and athleticism. The Johnnies need to make it to the NCAA tourney before anyone can talk about them winning or losing their first game in it!! 

Obviously no one is as clutch or has as fast a release as Schnettler because he is all world and can't be stopped......

Fins, We'll be taking the bandwagon out for another tune up run tonight. Auggie Tech coming to C-ville. I trust you adjusted the air pressure in the monster tires? Hopefully that will allow us to get off to a little quicker start tonight!

She's all gassed up and tires are over-inflated slightly. Outside chance I may be in attendance tonight. I've been busy in the gee-rodge with my antique snowmobiles, getting them ready to turn heads at our ice fishing contest on Saturday.
