I know why I'm not in the HOF, I refuse to kiss the backsides that must be kissed to gain entry.

Nah, it's because nobody outside of about three boards knows who the heck you are. Hall of Famers drop actual knowledge all over the site, not banter on a few select conversations.

MIAC BOARD: JER-RY! JER-RY! JER-RY!

Jerry: Today's guests are here because they can't agree on fundamental philosophical principles. I'd like to welcome Kilted Rat, Thefreebird, and sju56321 to the show.

I think Dr. Phil might be better...especially for Freebird who has deep issues...there would be healing all around...

A-Snow, I will take a run at it, if I get a minute this morning. Thanks for the heads up.

Update: VOJ beat me to it!

i jinxed A&M tonight because i bought a A&M hoodie yesterday from champs just to wear today

bumkneez...i like your style

PTPer i held it down tonight at our soccer game even though you werent there....i had about a gazillion saves

When I read this the first time, I totally thought you said:

Chaps and triple burgers is the Cmob rolls. I like YOUR style Cmob. Oh yeah by the way, how are the rollerskates working in this snow Cmob?

im constantly lubing up the barrings with all this nasty wet weather...it takes a toll on a roller skater both emotionally and physically when things like this happen...but this is the roller skating season when real men are made

on a side note...good idea....wear chaps

bad idea going comando while wearing chaps

VOJ, I heard they had a shoot around scheduled for this afternoon at SJU. Nice job on the profile.

I guess that doesn't really surprise me that Loras would stay overnight in cities & then drive up to SJU today.  It was probably easier to ask UST than to ask D2 SCSU  if they could practice at their facility in St. Cloud.  Besides, Greg Gorton, the assistant Loras coach is a former Tommie player & coach.

The way the wind has intermittently started to gust around in the cities, I can only imagine what its like out in the countryside.  I would take the Loras bus to C-ville sooner rather than later today.

VOJ, Fins...someone in the C-Ville area, What's the weather report? How much snow overnight, any road or school closings yet?

Bandwagon from up North is gassed and ready to roll......just wondering if we'll make it there or not?

Thanks Sum...anything you think I should add?  I tried to cover everything...but you always miss something...

I gotta tell you the local ties to the MIAC really scare me with regards to Loras, it should be interesting tonight...

The boys need to value the Bball and shoot well...i just wonder what kind of D they will be facing tonight...I hope Sexton is not a morgue, but the weather and spring break will not help...

As for the weather...we could get 5 to 8 inches today with another 3 to 5 tonight...but the worry is the wind which will be NE from 15 to 25 miles an hour...might want to book a hotel in St. Cloud or get smitty's couch in his office reserved for a possible stay over

I can't remember which J fan (I know it wasn't you Voj or Sum) was ripping the Tommies for only having an 1,800 - 2,000 seat arena, but on a night like this, a smaller gym would definitely be better.  I can imagine any of the fans in attendance would be able to hear the bouncing of the ball, screeching of the shoes, & the players muttering under their breaths at each other.

Sexton has been relatively benign for most of the year. Like VOJ said, with kids on break and the weather I can't imagine that will change tonight.

VOJ, I agree, not there is a lot of love lost between any MIAC schools, I would think CORD and UST in particular wouldn't mind seeing the J's go down!

I may have to put a call in to Coach Smith and see if the couch is open.  ;D

DP it was not me...I like the Shoe...I have said its a tremendous home court advantage...

On another note...how do u give karma to someone?  I might have to do it if Freebird or MIG come around to the real world...lol...just kidding guys, I love the alternative viewpoints no matter how wrong they are...

Loras Defense: Man-to-man
Loras Offense: Swing

In other words, look for plenty of bodies to fly when Fogt starts setting the picks on offense.
