Old School G

I was wrong... Griz for president.  Raebel should be wearing the Ocho Cinco F.H.O.F (future hall of fame) jacket.  Junior will be the Stagg Bowl M.V.P.
Billy-o, man!

I'm just wondering why TheFreeBird keeps deleting the inflammatory posts?  Is that the way you operate?

Is that a rhetorical question?

I had just forgotten for a minute how brain dead some of you WIACer's are and then thought better than to incite more discussion

If this argument is going to be that your middle of the road wisconsin teams who get stomped by Whitewater should beat the Minnesota conference champ at their house, I thought I might as well point out the only 2 players still able to throw and catch the ball for Eau Claire are brothers from a suburb 5 min. from Bethel.

While I'm at it, without Gilreath from another Twin Cities suburban school, the badgers probably don't beat the gophers last week.

The game was won in the trenches by Bethel as the biting cold and wind made it hard for either team to pass or catch.

So why didn't they go to Bethel and U of Minn?   ;)

I wouldn't define that as catching the ball   ;)

Funny, your deleted replies were in response to Old School calling you the same thing.  Clever, unfortunately, not very original.

Interesting take on the comments, misguided, but interesting.  I'm guessing cheese wasn't the reason you went to a WIAC school... :)

Sakman 1111

Back after a fun day at the Perk. Hats off to NC quarterback, a real solid player...... cold day with a great tailgate. Soup today was potato which was very good. Beaver was great today and busted some long runs with a strong performance by the Oline. Kind of fun this year playing different teams in the playoffs. Next week students are back and we pack the Perk.....Pound the Rock ......

dawarhawksrock

Another great performance by the hawks. Beaver three big runs three TD's. Defense first half was ugly but coach B got them going at half time(I wonder if he will have to do push ups for what he said :), and Kleppe who Griz is the man 2 TD's in two weeks
Can anyone tell me what the heck happen on that punt that they threw a flag on, and then picked up the flag. It looked like the ball it someone or the ground before he got hit,and if that is the case the referee's were correct with picking up the flag. However it was hard to tell what happen.
Although I will say it is fun watching Lance go off on the refree's like he does sometime. All he gets are sideline warnings were Brez would either get 15 or nothing at all.
Okay next up the little giants. I wonder if they are going to run that anaxation(sp) of Mexico play. Oh wait thats the wrong little giants.
GO WARHAWKS, SALEM HERE WE COME.

KitchenSink

It appeared they ruled that the guy was blocked into Mrkvicka.  Which was comical - the replay showed Troney let the guy go at least 5 yards before contact.

Should have been catch interference - which the flag was thrown for.
What the hell was that?  That was a Drop-kick.  Drop-kick? How much is that worth?  Three points.  THREE POINTS?!
