So if you played football and were good at it, you can say idiotic things. I'll put that into my memory bank as something that I've learned here. Are there any other occupations/jobs/experiences that give one carte blanche to be an idiot?

Oh, so if I tell him he's an idiot to his face he will smite me numerous times about my head and shoulders, thus proving I am wrong? As I've said before on this and other boards, they must not teach logic in the UW system, or if you took it, you forgot everything you learnrd. Comparing scores is a hot topic right now...they currently have the Lil' men beating Missouri in a 19 game string...
I think the Saturday weather forcasts is starting to get into their heads...

Wabash men actually date...girls...I kid you not, some guy hates Wisconsin because he says he dated a Madison co-ed during his time at Wabash...I bet she hates Indiana or wherever he's from, too...
Wabash scores and kicks-off too much to have a rough kicking game...but they are getting better on PAT's as the season progresses...too bad it's going to end on Saturday afternoon before they can perfect it...

WW QB and receiving corps are quality and will most likely try to pick their spots...oh really?, that would be a first...
Wabash wouldn't be surprised if WW's first play from scrimmage is a pass - but no odds listed...so let's run instead just to mess with them...
Wabash 34 - WW 24   ...I mean Earlham scored 20 on the little boys, WW is only going to score 4 more - I don't think so...BTW, has anybody ever heard of Earlham or know of his whereabouts?
Wabash defense can't get lulled into sleep trying to shut down Beaver...but I believe the Warhawk band is practicing nursery rhymes as we speak...
There is no doubt that the Wabash receivers, (all five of them), will get open and the o-line will give Hudson time to find them...even on the 3 step drops (ok, so I ad–libbed there a little!)...however NEWSFLASH, Hudson fails to complete a single pass because he can't decide which of the 5 open receivers to throw to (I know, it's not good to end a sentence in a preposition)

and my personal favorite - Warhawk fans will react favorably to the way Wabash fans celebrate and treasure the game... say what...are these guys for real?

This is my prediction.Wabash fans celebrate and treasure the fact of just being in the playoffs. Warhawk fans are excited that they are once again going to win MONKEY STOMP BIG and advance to the semi finals, as well as the fact that they will hear Mike the cannon guy light the cannon off at least seven times one of which will be scored by Grizz.

BoBo, nice summary. Thanks that the game is Saturday and the rhetoric will be over. Comparing this group to Wesley maybe a little unfair though because it sounds like they will have more than 25 fans at the game like Wesley's usual turnout. Maybe we actually are not intelligent enough for Retagent and maybe he should move on to a different group where his massive intellect is truly not offended or left untested. That way he wouldn't be offended by the mass of state school educated posters. As for Goo, Jimmy7, and the rest that seem to offend whoever is offended.....wise up---that's why they do it.....and when you go back and look over the content of what was said.....for the most part they were right on the money concerning football related matters....

What's sad, is some of the guys actually quit posting because they think people on here don't want them. Sure, some people are easily offended, but the vast majority, like me, enjoy their bs. I love it when captain kurt tells how he's better than everyone else because he drives a Dodge Stratus, and all the other guys stuff. Keep it coming.

Never trying to be harsh...They may have a lot more fans at the game because of their distance to WW and that will be great, but I do not believe it will have any bearing on the outcome.  I watched 1/2 the CWR game on Case TV before it was pulled off, and I gotta tell you, I didn't think there was much to brag about. This could be another of those really ugly games, ala Wesley.  I hope it's competitive because I have to get up at 3am to listen, but I suspect it will turn into a warhawk rout.

One more thing before I head to the bar. Badgerwarhawk mentioned it earlier, but after the game tomorrow, there are two really good basketball games at WW. The women MAY very well have their best ever team and are playing highly ranked UWSP. Should be a great game at 3pm, followed by a promising mens team playing UWSP, which is ranked also.

I'm on here because I love the banter. As an example, after my last post, Bo Bo gave me a shot. It was terse, on point, and relevant. He put me in my place with a short sentence that hit home. I give him a +k for that. It was also in good humor.

It's unfortuante that some take the writings of complete strangers who have absolutely no real bearing on any aspect of their lives so seriously that they'd be upset by what's posted here.  I've never really been able to figure that one out.  

Saturday's weather report just keeps getting nastier sounding.  Glad I'll be indoors and not sitting in the bleachers with the common folk.
