BDB, it will be midnight, +14 hours CDT. I don't think it's my computer because I've tried it with different equipment.  However, I intend to give it another try this weekend.

Well, when that time comes here, stoutguy will be 3 sheets to the wind face down on the floor at the BlueDevil Touchdown Club post game party.  ;D

AND HE WILL NOT HAVE PURCHASED A SINGLE BEER HIMSELF.

I was listening to the ATN Podcast and it was interesting to hear the unless La Crosse can right the ship after faltering against HSU, they might be in the unimaginable position of being 0-5 in a few weeks. After playing at North Dakota (transitioning to DI) this week and at Azuza Pacific (always a difficult test) next week, they are at UWW after an off week, then finally have their second "home" game at Winona State vs Eau Claire. I think it would be only the 8th time since 1913 that a La Crosse team will have lost at least 5 games in a season.

I heard stoutguy bought a round for those protesters that were at Stout before the kids ran them out of town.
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

I did.  They seemed like really nice folks.

BDB--Leininkugels to the StiftensX%#@fest is okay, but not as good as Rush River Brewery products, of River Falls. Or, Stout Cow Pie Ale, if that's the correct name of the new beer, soon to be brewed at the new Wilson, Wisconsin, brewery. Stoutguy will love it!

But don't expect him to buy you one!
WORLD'S OLDEST FALCON FAN.

MESSAGE TO RECRUITS:  IN DOUBT? ENROLL AT STOUT. DON'T CARE? GO TO EAU CLAIRE. AT A LOSS? TRY LACROSSE. FEELIN' OUTTA JOINT? YOUR PLACE IS POINT. DON'T LIKE THE REST? DO WHAT'S BEST!

What's that you say.  A new brewery in Wilson.  When does it open?   Perhaps BDB, the Mayor, and myself should try to get in on some free samples. ::)

Looking forward to making a much shorter trip this weekend to see the UW-Whitewater/UW-Eau Claire game and the Wartburg/Augsburg game. Last weekend we drove a little over 1,000 miles in the pursuit of Division III football. This week it'll be a lot less. :)

There's only one way to find out if a man is honest...ask him. If he says 'yes,' you know he is a crook.

Ditto, Pat.  Look forward to our chat tomorrow morning at 9:20.  I promise not to dwell on the Packer/Viking stuff, but can I at least ask you about the Brett Favre stuff? :o

Stoutguy -

Very nice interview with UW-EC D Coordinator Mark Sippel tonight on the high school game. He is truly one of the best young coaches in the WIAC. It's true, he played 27 guys at Bethel (that's Bethel, Tennessee, Stoutguy!). He will have them ready for WW tomorrow, but the talent is still very deep for the Warhawks.

Good luck to the Blue Devils against the Jimmies (Dakota schools learn nickname 101 from the MIAC schools!)

Don't forget I'm your agent, so if there is an adult beverage to be bought by you, it had better be for me!

Just a quick note to wish the Warhawks all the best for this season.  They started it off very well.  And i, for one, would love to see them back in Virginia come Dec.  I had lots of fun last year when the Warhawks took it all!!!    I got my CD and it is amazing!!!

GO WARHAWKS!! POUND THE ROCK!!!  GIVE PAT A GREAT GAME TO REPORT!
Brownies for Film Day--Now there's a Slogan I can live with!!!:)  Go EAGLES!
