anybody else see something that has been fairly constant since about 1996 or so??

Yes, MUC fans constant need to always pull it out and have a measuring contest.  We get it...MUC has been good for a long time.  Congrats.

You took the words out of my mouth.   Well, except the congrats that is. ;)

"words out of my mouth"??.....for some reason, in context, I'm a little uncomfortable.

35-7 final, very similar to their WIAC scores I think.

I think CJ is a crowd favorite.

...and think, the article didn't mention his stellar work on special teams, especially the kickoff coverage unit.  Since taking a role on that, he's been a standout and improved the unit as a whole...big hitter for a little guy, too.  :)

It seems like when he plays he always manages to pop a long run, 30 yards plus. You just kind of wait for it to happen.

Hopefully he'll pop a long one this week. meaning that hopefully the game will be decided in a few quurters, giving him a chance to get a few carries late in the game....hopefully if things go the 'Hawks way.... ;)

02 Warhawk,

A week ago, I asked what you thought the UWW score would be against Lakeland. Your response said you did not know, although everyone thought it would not be even close. What about this week against IWU?

Does a score prediction really matter that much to you raider? Or are you just trying to open up some dialogue?  I doubt most Mount fans really care about what their score might be, only that Mount is going to win comfortably and nobody gets hurt. Survive and advance baby ~ that's the name of the game this time of year ~ the score means nothing in the long run. IWU comes in with a high national ranking in defense and pretty good offensive numbers, too.  UWW has faced this before this year and has weathered the storm quite nicely. I expect much of the same this week.  Looking forward to a more competitive game, though, then last week.  ;)  :D  ;D

The inquiry was just to measure the input for the second round. Yes, the score is secondary  to the approach and feelings of the supporters close to the UWW program. Both UWW and Mount win and move on. Where they play after Saturday is another question!

Must there be talk about the Johnnies even after they lost again. Who cares......Don't know much about Wesleyan so maybe the game will be interesting. Bringing a bunch from Chi-Town so I guess it will be Italian beef and sausage.....Looks like another fun Saturday at the Perk....Pound the Rock boys.....See you Saturday.....
