Absolutely. I said it several days ago when his name was bandied about on here, it can be a very tough time for kids that age but they usually find their way eventually.  Maintaining your grades as 2 sport athlete would be hard for many of us and it is impressive how quickly Jeff has turned it around.  A credit to the program!

Only two more possible chances to tailgate at the Perk for football.....Stepping away from Italian beef this Saturday and going with brats, kraut, and maybe a little chicken....Read everything about wittenberg but uncomfortable since never seen them play. Pound the Rock with a lot of Coppage and a little Anderson and let's get ahead early. No engagements on the scoreboard from us this week just football and we hope another monkeystomping..............Pound the Rock!!....

Getting hurt might be a little too strong....maybe just dream of Cecil Shorts (their best player) over sleeping for the game.

Absolutely. Good article. It's nice to see how he handled a tough situation and came out better for it.

Careful, now - kickoff is 11 Ohio time, but only 10 Wisconsin time!  Maybe you should be more concerned about Coppage oversleeping!

Many thought UWW would be there since most everyone was back from the 2008 team, and were picked by D3 football. While there still are 2 games to play, the question may merit some thought even at this stage, especially with 60% plus in the latest D3 poll saying there will be another MUC/UWW Stagg Bowl.

again in Salem, when Mount lost college football's yard record running back (Nate Kmic, at over 8,000 yards) and Greg Micheli, GAG trophy winner)?

Many thought UWW would be there since most everyone was back from the 2008 team, and were picked by D3 football. While there still are 2 games to play, the question may merit some thought even at this stage, especially with 60% plus in the latest D3 poll saying there will be another MUC/UWW Stagg Bowl.

I don't think anybody around here thought Mount would have a major fall-off.  I mean, come on.

C'mon man. We all thought the Raiders would be back. It is a given at this point in DIII football history. We're going to need a sign of slippage before we think the Raiders might not be back in the Stagg.
