Looks like the start of a beautiful day over Perkins Stadium. Of course the home side is basking in sunshine while the visitor side is naturally in darkness, but changing quickly  ;)  Current temp -2 degrees F (WC -19 F) with an anticipated high of 7 degrees F.

Dang that looks cold just looking at the picture...

I'm trying to picture the east side of the stadium, where exactly is that camera mounted? the cementary? Wells? Power Plant? Stuffed in one of the evergreens?

D O.C.

IMHO that is a pretty cold looking stadium without the snow. Very utilitarian, you know.

I would like to thank the UWW baseball team for their effort to clear the snow.

Just think, it costs money to clear that snow and one of the major reason for your new scheduling in the future is lack of money.

This is the NCAA tournament and they pay the expenses.  It's the NCAA who'll pick up the cost of snow removal, not UW-WHITEWATER.  Also the baseball team is paid, once again by the NCAA, to remove snow from the stadium.  That money will be used to help fund their spring trip to Florida.

Let me clarify that the Florida trip is part of their baseball season......It's not like the NCAA is funding their spring break vacation to chase girls around....If that was the case, i would be out there with my shovel.... ;)

You're welcome to bring your shovel, 'O2.  No shovels are turned away.  ;)

Should be a very pleasant day compared to a couple of years ago when the Cal Kid led his warriors to a resounding playoff victory over the Lil Giants in conditions that even polar bears would have found deplorable. Mrs. Stealth drank so much Purple Haze anit-freeze that she never saw the dinner table. The wee Stealths and I had a blast bombing through the 8 inchs of snow in the lower p-lot in a rented Hummer. Hertz sorry for the mess but it was sooooo fun. Wish I could figure out how to attach pictures. But it's still fresh in our minds right FF413.  ;D
