Your predictions so far have been spot on, OAS.
I have to agree with you on this one.
Two words:  THE STREAK

slide-d-dog-storm

probably a better comparison..... but i was just trying to compare last years smash mouth WIAC champ to this years.... no doubt this will be a great game, on paper for sure.

Predictions-

31-28 WW

No movement of the ball except for 20+ yard plays...expect about 15 plays at least this long.

Lots of turnovers by one team, hopefully linfield!

Casey Allen 2 TD's one on D and One on or set up by special teams.
Beaver 3 TD's, a field goal and a Stanley TD to win it as time expires!

Send it in.  The butcher shop goes out of business the hard way!

You forgot to add the TD that Jimmy, #7 will get!!

Oh, and Gig Harbor Cat,

I think you meant to say that Wisconsin Beaver, "the number one rusher in the country," is overrated!!! ;D

The Cats will hold him under 75 yds and no TD'd.

Hey, I already said that I'll show up in Whitewater and personally congratulate anyone on the 10th if UWW shocks me and wins on Saturday!

I expect that I'll be relaxing at home, listening to the 'Cats beat up on Wesley or Bridgewater that day, though!  :)

#413,

What you are not saying is with that great O lone you have even the bus driver could be # 1 rushing ..   Big holes all the time, but just wait until this Sat. and the  holes are plugged with cats who have sharp claws.
I'll take the action boys let's get it on..  ;D

However, from an unbiased observer, I think the Cobbs gave Linfield the wakeup call they needed on their Quest for Two.

I agree. Had the 'Cats rolled over Concordia like they had everyone else I would have been even more worried about this game. But any chance they had of being a little overconfident (which would have been good for UWW) is now gone. Some of the players had hinted at the end of the season it was becoming a little harder to get up for games because of how badly we were thumping everyone. Concordia gave us a nice reminder that there can be no more of that at this point in the season, which should be great for the 'Cats from here on out.
A packed student section behind an end zone cheering on guys they will actually see in class on Monday is almost as cool as The Streak.

Oh, but this is WAY off!!! ;D  Remember he ran for 168 yards against the supposed #3 defense in the country last weekend!

In the interest of full disclose, I should admit that he didn't get into the end zone against SJU but we didn't need him to.  Got 35 points without that!!

And desertcat 1,
I'm sure Linfield has the #3 defense.  Must have read the stat sheet wrong!! :D
