9/4 - Oshkosh @ Central (Oshkosh is really jumping the shark this year)
9/11 - MUC @ Oshkosh

Love it  8-)

I would love to see UWO come away with one win from those two games. It'll be great for the program and the WIAC.

I would not bet on them for the the game on 9/11! :-X

Gee Raider 68.....don't go out on a limb there!   8-)

It appears that Oshkosh is going to try to follow Whitewater's early 2000's strategy of playing up in the non-conference schedule to get better.

Kudos.......

Don't get me wrong, I think it is great for UWO to schedule some tough competition! They receive more credit than a  few schools in the NCAC who have had a chance to play tough competition but chose not to. I give OWO Kudos as well!

Hmmm, the "way too early line" would be Oshkosh (+17) against Mount, but they do have the advantage of that being their second game whereas it's Mount's opener.    Should make for a much more competitive opener than Mount has had the last couple years with STF.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

Warhawkfootball.com cameras were on the scene.  The following is a photo about a mile north of WW less than 2 minutes after the tornado was reported on the ground between Cold Spring and Fort Atkinson.  The photo shows the funnel moving back into the clouds.  This was all occurring just a mile from the Perk

I read on jsonline that a tornado touched down near Milton - it didn't mention one near Cold Springs and Fort...could that be the same twister? From what I read, it sounded like a monster storm that blew through the area. Hope all are ok, including the Perk!!

A LOT of rain, but no injuries or significant damage reported.  A few flood warnings are still in effect.  Madison took on about 3-4 inches of water in a two hour period. Milwaukee received 6 inches in a two hour period, closing the airport.  A few reported touchdowns, but all seemed to be brief and not particularily strong.

Does anyone know how EC & LaCrosse are shaping up this year?  Found article on LaX recruits, but not EC.  EC lost a good qb and they don't have many seniors.

I heard that in a few months there will be some more reported touchdowns in The Perk  ;D   :D

No need for concern though...these are expected

KitchenSink

And we expect the great majority of them to be by the team wearing purple/black.  :)
What the hell was that?  That was a Drop-kick.  Drop-kick? How much is that worth?  Three points.  THREE POINTS?!

Just as a point of reference, we are in our monsoon season here in Korea and it it is normal for us to get the equivalent of 6 inches of rain in 20 - 30 minutes!! I can remember getting up to 24 inches in a 24 hour period. We're used to it and are prepared for it so it doesn't cause a whole lot of worry where we are - but in your neck of the woods, that is A LOT!!
