Website is up and running!  UW-whitewater wins the coin toss and elects to receive!

Eau Claire won the toss and deferred.  If the WARHAWKS had won the toss they would have deferred to the second half.  Lance always, without fail, defers when we win the toss.

I had to miss the game today because of stupid bowling Saturday.  Many thanks to GBMan for the updates and texts.  I'll miss next week's game too.  Have to bring my youngest daughter home from North Carolina.  Another 20 hour trip driving a 7 ton U-Haul.  ugh

First it was Oshkosh breaking a long losing streak with La Crosse. Platteville's win saturday was their first at La Crosse since 1980!

Had some time last night because my bride was in the shower.  The B&B only had local TV - no ESPN or anything, so I had to do something to occupy my time.  Don't worry, all obligations taken care of.

Welcome to my world!   

A big congrats to you KS.  That is wonderful.  But a true fanatic would never have set the date during football season to begin with.  My oldest son and daughter-in-law wanted a fall wedding a few years ago but realized that getting married during football season meant they might risk not having all the family in attendance.  We had a wonderful wedding in July.       Just kidding!    Well..............sort of.

In other news, anything on the Oshkosh score? I can't find anything anywhere. I also had a feeling Platteville would win, but I went with my head in the pick em and picked Lax. And with Stout losing today I believe the rest of the WIAC played its way out of a playoff appearance. I thought Stout could win out and get in too though, too bad, they are a good team.

Titans win!  Happy with my pick em's this week, finally.  Now if Stout had just held home field.......

Oh, I hear ya, BoBo.  Winning?  I'm just after a respectable showing at this point.  Besides, your prediction of a defensive TD one minute before it happened will be remembered long after the 2010 WIAC Pick em's winner is decided!  (applause smiley inserted here)

BTW, a BIG congrats to 02 Warhawk, the only player who had a clean sweep this week with his picks.  Nice job with a very tough week.
