I saw that there was some requests for pictures from the Linfield vs UWW game so I thought I would post this over here on your board as well.  Now being a Linfield alum I was pretty much shooting for the Linfield players but there are some decent shots of the Warhawks as well.  Enjoy...and best of luck in the remaining games.

Oh, and if you checked them out already on the NWC board, I've added the rest of them so you may want to look again....and if you haven't, they are in chronological order.

Bryan Robinson is #92 for Wesley and is just moving up the All-American charts with a ridiculous post-season.

Wesley's DL gets great pressure and 39 sacks, blocked 11 kicks, and recovered 24 fumbles.

SeoulGuy

Looks like Wesley has some defensive stars putting up some great numbers.  How does the WW o-line measure up? Will they be able to open holes and protect the QB?

ATC,
Thanks for sharing the pics with us.  They were great.  I highly recommend viewing through the slide show.  Sit back, give the mouse a rest and enjoy the jazz!!!

Beaver has 374 carries in 12 games for an average of 31-32 per.

Earlier someone, Seoul Guy?, asked if the WHITEWATER[/color] o'line could open holes.  To that I'd note that Beaver is the leading rusher in the nation with over 2000 yards.  The team has rushed for over 3100 yards.  That suggests that they've been able to open holes against our competition to date.   The previous poster also asked about protecting the quarterback.  So far the o'line has given up 10 sacks in 13 games which isn't too shabby.  Again, so far, they've been able to protect the quarterback who's thrown for over 3000 yards on the season.

To date the offensive line has played very well and they've more than held their own against the competition we've met.  We wouldn't be where we are if they hadn't.  Wesley has some outstanding defensive players from what I've heard but so far no defense has been able to shut down our offense consistantly.   Hopefully that's a trend that continues.

No tarp on the field this week?

Yes, the field is tarped again this week.  According to the staff it's still soft enough to stick a knife into.  It'll be in great shape.

say the field today, tarp is on, told the field looks good but will probably be pretty hard with the cold weather we are havin right now and supposed to have the rest of the week, I heard negative wind chill the rest of the week, with highs in the low teens
If you wanna be good practice till you get it right, if you wanna be great practice till you cant get it wrong..

NMo one needs tp worry about Perkins Stadium football field. It will be ready on game day,a nd will look great as always. That is a guarantee.
If there is one thing that every warhawk fan and former player knows it's that that field is Brez's little temple, and he takes great care of it watering it all summer, and mowing it at different heights during the summer as well.
Therefore with that said the field will not be a factor in the outcome in the game. However The Warhawks cominating offensive and suffacating defense will be,as they continue on the road to salem virginia for the Stagg Bowl.
