Anybody have any juicy recruit or transfer nuggets?

KS, got my UWW championship apparel on Friday so you should be getting yours if you haven't already.   Love the "National Champions," with the THREE years listed.  Just think the 2007 year should be the one that appears in the center, slightly larger................. 

What an adventure!

Got a call on Thursday (FINALLY!) about the order I placed.  "We didn't get the long sleeve T you ordered.  Can give you a short sleeve instead."  All this time, and then the order is f'ed up...

Well, I bit their head off a little for not getting what I ordered, and they finally said they would make the short sleeve a freebie.  Only had to pay for the hoodie I ordered.

Still not real happy with the whole thing, but at least I saved some moolah.  Meh ......

Maybe I should keep this info to myself for the sake of your blood pressure but, "knowledge is power,"  Got a short sleeve t-shirt as well but I wore my nice long sleeved shirt all day yesterday, the 3-year style.  Too bad your size isn't a Woman's Small................

And because, knowledge is power, I'll just mention that I sent a couple of articles to 17, (one from a local WI perspective,) and, no small surprise, we find that he and I agree on a lot more than we disagree on.  PM me if anyone else is interested in checking them out.

speaking of tailgating..I heard they might be charging extra to park/tailgate in the parking lot just south of the perk ("Perking lot").

Something about that's now going to be called "premium parking", so they can charge more. I remember hearing something like that during the season last year.

Can't wait till the Stagg Bowl is available on DVD. I'm still checking everyday to see if it's for sale yet....it should be soon hopefully.

Yup, but hopefully, the changes will just hit our pocket books with increased parking fees and the money used to hire more security.   I know the program and the university, I highly suspect, understand quite well that the rise in tailgating, along with the rise in the program's success go hand in hand.  You and I, Sak, have watched the support for WARHAWK football and the chemistry between the boys and their fans grow so much over the last 7 seasons and that is an invaluable piece of the puzzle.

Could not agree more 413.......Pay $50 to tailgate at Bears games but the Perk is light years ahead lets keep it that way.......Please no more Friday Night games that is reserved for high school for us.......

Wow, that's great...Mount's "other" teams don't seem to make all that much noise on a national level. Should be interesting to see these two match-up this weekend.

Wow, that's great...Mount's "other" teams don't seem to make all that much noise on a national level. Should be interesting to see these two match-up this weekend. 

The other sports have done very well so far this spring!
