Gig Harbor Cat

#255
OK Boys,
Whats the word on UWSP?  What did they show week one ?   After seeing our Cats in action last weekend they are a copy of last year except more speed and a tougher D.  Although I didnt attend the SP game last year, the word was that they were tough.

See you at the Catdome

My pick :

If hardin simmions can put up 38  on the pointer dogs
on the road,   Then you better look for the Cats to put up
50 + on your pointer dogs at the Cat dome on Sat...

Cats by 3   scores this time around...

"phone it in"  take it to the bank...

50 in 05   and  " still the only undefeated National Champion in D-3"

They had one, but their fan's heads were too big to fit in it.

Interesting to see that a familiar name for those of us around the state has returned to the UWO football roster.   I don't know how much it will help them, but TE Bob Docherty will once again be suiting up for the Titans.  Some of you may remember him from his days at Wisconsin.

He was on it once before and it made very little difference the last time..  But, they do have a new logo now so things could be different.

And it is UWO god knows they are a threat!!!   ;D

Where the heck was Docherty last season? Well badgerwarhawk, he may not have done much in '03, but you certainly can't count him out just yet as another receiving threat. A D-1 transfer never hurt anyone, especially a team which had a lower training camp turnout for the WIAC.

Probably working on becoming eligible again.......  Is it safe to assume UWO had less numbers at training camp than everyone else in the conference???

With the new logo I don't see how he can miss this time.  ;)

For being as big as Docherty is, he is very soft.  His presence on that team doesn't help them very much, or hurt them.

Hardy har har Badgerwarhawk...

The new logo is cool..though it doesn't match the rest of the uniforms.

However...of course we Oshkosh peoples cannot be too excitied, but I must say that Patek is for sure an upgrade so far at QB then Wara. Right now, the Titans actually have a decent passing game. Unlike when Wara was around, Oshkosh simply did not scare anyone throwing the ball..and many times it resulted in the Titans not being able to move down the field just because teams were forcing Oshkosh to throw.

Now with what I saw of Patek against Concordia, i did take in consideration of who they were playing. But at the same time, Stoltz and Patek do make a very good combo. We'll see how they do against Albion, but I really do believe that Oshkosh has a better chance of having its first winning season since 1976 with Patek at the helm.
