LOL. You boys know I try not be a stage mom especially on here, but, yes, #33 had two standout plays in the last few minutes of the game.  The hit on the QB with 3:30 minutes left, (Moe didn't fumble BTW, but his backup did come in and throw an interception,) and his other huge play was a QB sack causing a fumble on 3rd down, recovered by Jace, in LAX's last possession sealing the deal!  BTW, my  avitar was taken as he came off the field after that play.   But, seriously, so much had happened in that quarter by the entire team to start that comeback, he just did his part.  It was an amazing team effort on both sides of the ball!!!

LaCrosse looks like they're getting serious about football again.  Along with the new coach from a successful Wartburg program they've made the committment to hire at least two on campus assistants.  The tradition and foundation are there and now they seem to be making more of a commitment.  I expect to see significant improvement in the program's performance within the next couple of years. 

I have to admit that I don't like the idea of playing them twice this year.

Nice find, 02.  His brother put that one and the second one above, which begins with THE HIT, together after the Stagg Bowl as a way of promoting him to the pro leagues.  The Cowboys actually called his agent Saturday night of draft weekend asking about him and wondering if they could see any video.  It was too late to send them game tape so Gil told them to check out the 2 highlight tapes on youtube and they told him that they, unfortunately, were blocked from going on it in the war room.  LOL

Did Linfield and the entire NWC disband football?   

Looking over that list, I thought the WIAC was treated rather harshly, until I realized that the boys from the NWC couldn't even make the honorable mention list.  You may have saltwater in your ears, but I think these people at CDS must have something else stuck up a different body oriface?
