Whitewater fans--some guy from MUC told me that WW basically had a free trip to Salem.  I went on to tell him that the West is by far the toughest competition in the playoffs.  He thinks MUC played the hardest teams in the nation and thinks the MUC will run away with the chipper on Sat.  He is raiderguy.

GO WARHAWKS!

Uh, yeah, we believe you. Do you have some swampland in FL to sell us now as well.

Warhawkexpress....send me an email at tkarthausser@yahoo.com or give me a call at 414-333-1402.  To be honest I don't know who you are, so holler at me and let me know what's up.

Myself, Wurth, Nimm, and Tenhagen plan on leaving Thursday night right now.  We'll be driving 5 hours on Thursday night and 8 hours on Friday.  That's the plan for now.  Get back at me.

CaptainKurt

Is anyone else from the Warhawk Nation down for the caravan that will be departing from Milwaukee at approximately 7:00 pm Thursday night?  Get at me.

I think Lange is leaving on Friday for anyone who can't make it with us.

D O.C.

CaptainKurt...
safe trip!
Just out of curiousity, will you driving 5 hours on Saturday night and 8 hours on Sunday to get back?

Congrats to Joe Seep and Brent Tieri but it must have been a rough year in    D-3 and the WIAC for senior tight ends when Docherty from UWO, who only has 18 rec, 167 yds and 2 tds on the year makes the Aztec Bowl. A person can't even make a case for him being a good blocker because he stands around and doesn't touch a sole. Not a real surprise that the Badgers were not depressed when he left. At 6'6" and 255 lbs, he should have dominated as he looks like a man among boys coming out of the locker room but was about as physical and dominating as my elderly grandmother on the field. Congrats on the selection but I believe two other deserving WIAC players were overlooked and more deserving that Docherty. Sikora from EC has been a top notch all-purpose player for more than a couple years and Janke from LaX lead the toughest D-3 conference in tackles despite a very questionable DL and youth around him. Congrats again to Joe and Brent for being outstanding players and to Docherty for being......well 6'6" and 255 lbs.

Janke led the league in tackles because everyone ran all over LAX therefore more opportunities for tackles by backers. (Not to say he isn't good just making a point)

If you know what's good for you - stop by Stone Station...the Bridgewater College tailgate gang in the parking lot at Salem Stadium...it'll be a heck of a time.

As for the constant music at Perkins Stadium...I thought it was great.  I've never seen students have a better time at a football game than the UWW students bopping and hopping to the music being played throughout the game, at timeouts, etc...I enjoyed it, and I was in the press box.

Go Whitewater,  Hope you can bring home the trophy.  You guys are a good football team and have played a great playoff schedule (not because we were there).  The West was stacked this year.  Hope you can play as well as you have and make the West proud.

Cobbernation,

This is about as low as it gets when you come over to another board and act like some school girl tattle tale. What is worse is telling some phoney story to boot.

I never have nor ever will say WW got a free pass to the Stagg. If anything I have been supportive of the way they got there.

As the old saying goes .....they did it the old fashion way...They earned it.

I have seen them play twice this year, how about you? I do know what I am talking about so don't go back there either.

They are a great team who played a tough schedule to get to the Stagg and will be the toughest opponent MUC will face this year.

I have seen MUC play twice this year, how about you?

Which brings up a question...who have you seen play this year?

I've even seen the Cobbers play.

How both teams got there was a simple formula.

Win and  go on!

Lose and go home.

You do understand that don't you?

That's all I have ever said.

All the rest of the hype has been about when the Stagg Bowl is being played and I have maintained it is this Saturday in Salem, VA.

Period.

WELCOME TO THE MACHINE!

Kirasdad,

Thanks for covering my back.

I think Cobbernation is smoking some of that Swamp Grass he is selling.

WELCOME TO THE MACHINE!

Bluenote,

Thanks for the come back too.

Enjoyed the conversations and always will. I know we have spoken on numerous occasions and it is always a lot of fun.

I know how you feel as I said in an earlier post. IT SUCKS TO LOSE!

It will suck to lose on Saturday if it happens. But there will be one thing for sure. It won't SUCK as much as the TOMMIES SUCK.

The decaf is working. Man I didn't mean to stir up a hornets nest but I have been "stung" for ll karmas in two days. I even got hit for things I didn't say.
WELCOME TO THE MACHINE!

Saturday in the parking lot is one fun time.  The Salem folks put on a decent show.  There is a rock/top 40 band playing, and plenty going on.  Tailgates are happening everywhere, and the rivalry, back and forth is usually very good natured, and great fun.

Please come by Stone Station.  We're from the beautiful Shenandoah Valley and we attend the Stagg Bowl every year to enjoy the last of the great football games of the season.  D3FOOTBALL ROCKS!! Of course, we'll be wearing red and Vegas gold 'cause our team is BC but we are friendly, aren't we, Llama, Skoal, Rugby, Religion-Major, Kid,  Gal?
Brownies for Film Day--Now there's a Slogan I can live with!!!:)  Go EAGLES!
