I'm pissed it didn't occur to me to record the game. I was so worried about making it to the game, I forgot to set my DVR.  :-[

They will replay it a couple of times.  They already did once today.
What the hell was that?  That was a Drop-kick.  Drop-kick? How much is that worth?  Three points.  THREE POINTS?!

I just cycled through the entire upcoming week on FoxSportsNet, and they seem to be re-airing the UWP/UWS game a few times but not the Whitewater game.

However, I see they plan on airing the UWP/UWW next week. I already set my DVR for that one!

The game was on Time Warner Cable Channel 32 in the Milwaukee area, not FSN.

Doesn't look like they are re-airing anything on TWC either. However, today at 3:00 p.m., I see they're doing a 1 1/2 hour special on the WIAC. A description of the show isn't available, so I'm just assuming it has to do with our conference and not something else with the same acronym. I set my DVR, so I guess I'll find out when I get home today.

My Guide for that channel must not be up-to-date. I'll be sure to record the re-airing of it tonight, regardless of what my Guide tells me what's on that time slot.

Still wishing that we could see these down in Illinois.  It would be nice to see coverage as well as DVR the games.  We missed the Osh Kosh game so I am really looking forward to Saturday.  Hopefully it will be easier to score against UW-P, it doesn't look like their D-line is a stout as UW-O.  It will be interesting to see our defensive line up against their offense.  Is it to early to make a prediction?

It's never too early for that.  You just won't see it come from me. I can make 02 look like he's relaxed.

I caught just a snippet of that program. They seemed to be wrapping up a segment on UWW's football success (which, I assume, was a part of their focus on WIAC Football in general) then went on to another sport.

Ok cool, thanks!

Can someone from Oshkosh tell me what UW-UO is suppose to mean?  Prior to the game they showed a recruiting video and the students in it kept chanting UW-UO.  Did they add a word to their name that I don't know about?

Right when I think I finally have the NCAA's Strength of Schedule figured out, Whitewater's and Buffalo State's regional records throws me for a loop.

According to the SOS on D3football.com site, Whitewater has a Regional Record of 6-0. Whitewater has only played 7 games, so that means all but one is considered "In-Region". I assume they are not counting Waldorf becuase they are NAIA. So does that really mean Buffalo State is considered a regional game?! Judging by the criteria, I don't see how that is.

To confirm that, I checked Buff State's regional record, and there's is 4-4....and their overall record is also 4-4. So it appears both Whitewater and Buffalo are considering each other regional games.

Can someone explain....becuase I thought I had this "regional game" thing all figured? Apparently I don't.

jknezek

They changed the "regional" definition again this year. I think now, so long as the opponent plays a certain percentage of games in region, then all games are in region. Someone can clarify, but basically, at this point, it is somewhat difficult to play a D3 team and NOT have it count as in region.
