EC ends St. Francis' home winning streak
Plat

Point

Plattfan

Only wimps play football in domes anyway.  Real men play outside regardless of the weather

desertcat1

plattfan:   Wimpie here...

You can have all that weather  back east in Nov. and Dec.   I think my left nut is still in Collegeville somewhere from 03?

The fight to the stagg bowl goes through The Catdome in  McMinnville this year.   So be there or be square..

Ask the Johnnies...  about weather... in Dec..

3 tough picks again ths week. Here goes the easy one first: Pointers toss the Salads. Then: The Falcons pluck the Lutes. St. Francis beats the Blugolds, and the last one is a coin-toss. I'll take Plattville over Augie

I have a Cat Dome in my basement. It's upside down and my feline uses it as a litterbox. That's what domes are good for.

Picking these winners:
Platteville
River Falls
Eau Claire
Stevens Point

WORLD'S OLDEST FALCON FAN.

MESSAGE TO RECRUITS:  IN DOUBT? ENROLL AT STOUT. DON'T CARE? GO TO EAU CLAIRE. AT A LOSS? TRY LACROSSE. FEELIN' OUTTA JOINT? YOUR PLACE IS POINT. DON'T LIKE THE REST? DO WHAT'S BEST!

GOT BALLS? PLAY FOR THE FALLS!

I had to clean out the CatDome last night.   The cat really stunk the place up.

Desertcat1,
You have to remember, you're talking to people from Wisconsin here. Most of us will sit out in temps below zero and wind chilll factors of -15 just to watch the Packers at Lambeau. We hate domes. Most of the WIAC (Along with the MIAC) schools up here are used to practicing and playing in the cold, and I do feel that sometimes this is an advantage against some teams in the play-offs. I think Linfield should keep the dome off, that's the way the game is meant to be played; outside in the elements! Anyway, weekly picks:

E.C. over St. Francis

River Falls over Pacific Luth. (toss up, so I went with the WIAC school)

Point over Waldorf

Augustana over P-villie

Gig Harbor Cat

                                  THE CATDOME

LC65:

You are right about the weather and being a big advantage for your teams.  It's  the same for the rain in the pacific northwest.

Did you ever hear about the miracle in the Mud?

For the folks who don't know, Catdome is an attitude, a state of mind, not a necessarily a physical ediface.
