Check out Demark's hudl. Yeah, it's a couple years old now but it demonstrates rainbow accuracy. Otherwise, there's so little recent game stuff to judge these guys on. Neither Denmark nor Oles trust the pocket yet, but that's just QB maturation. IMO Wilber was outstanding in that offense, which was run to maximize his talents, but his backups have/had more talent. Looking forward to see which one - or which other one - takes the gig.

I'm not impressed by the D2 transfers-yet. There are, by my estimation, several bazillion misplaced D2 football players, some of whom will decide they'll grace a D3 with their presence, only to find they're not good enough to crack a lineup there either.

I've lost count of how many QB hudl videos I watched in my life (I'm pretty old) and amazingly I've never seen one throw an interception.  Not a single one. It's uncanny. 

True enough.  They are highlight reels for sure.  But in fairness to WW, coaches do use Hudl as a primary evaluation tool.  It's amazing what habits, good and bad, can be revealed on film. Even highlight reels.

It was an attempt to, in a humorous way, point out their "Titans are Champions" slogan rings a bit hollow in the context of football. The fact that it was kind of a cheap shot just made it a bit more enjoyable!

What is stranger.  Someone who hasn't watched a single episode of Game of Thrones or someone who hasn't watched a single episode of Seinfeld.  Whichever it is I am the latter.  I have never seen an episode of Seinfeld.  Someday I will crawl out from underneath this rock and watch a couple.

Congrats to Alex Peete as Street & Smith's selected him as preseason AA. He rushed for 1,368 yards and 22 touchdowns in 2018.
"Peete surpassed 100 yards in seven games last season for Whitewater (13-1) and was especially productive in the postseason. In four playoff games, he posted at least 100 yards three times to go with six touchdowns."

I'm especially excited to read:

Peete said his goal this fall is improving his numbers from a season ago by making more long runs and being in top physical shape. His longest run last season was 56 yards, and Peete said he was stopped on two runs that could have been at least 80 yards. Peete's second-longest run a year ago was 37 yards.

"I've got to read a little further into the play as I'm running – seeing maybe one or two extra defenders," he said. "I want to work on my second-level cuts and seeing more grass. You can't just outrun people. You can't just juke people, not in college."

I've spent far too much time in Whitewater this summer. My daughter just finished back-to-back weeks at UWW for "I want to be a teacher" camp and tennis camp. It looks like they're doing some renovations on campus. I didn't see anything as nice as the Titan Bus!
