All-Conference teams are hard to figure out because it doesn't go all by stats.  You take how the teams did, who got nominated and what coaches see on film.
Heres my best shot at figuring the team out.  Also the number of guys at each spot changes year to year depending on voting goes.

QB: Jacobs WW
RB's: Beaver WW Genslinger Pville
WR's: Stanley WW Danielson Pville Evenson EC
TE: Kubasa Osh
Oline:  2 WW guys 1 La Crosse guy and 2 others from somewhere
K: WW kicker
P: River Falls punter
All purp: Childs STP Hall LC

D-Line: Kleppe WW Neff Osh Neumann RF and 1 other guy
LB's: Reabel WW Widuch WW Czys STP Rogney EC
DB's:  Teeples LC Blaziewske WW Berg STP either Weinstein ST or Radtke Osh

I dont have a favorite team I picked the team off of how good there represented teams are doing, how they are doing statistically (cnonference only stats) and from what Ive read with players of the week and things like that.  Obviously WW should have the most guys on first and second team and stout and Eau Claire should have the least.  It only makes sense.  Post season awards have a lot to do with how your team finishes

warhawkclownshow

WW will have on O QB-Jacobs RB-Beaver WR-Stanley,Mrkvicka OL-Max and Brady plus problay others. D DL-Kleppe, Thompson, Ogrizovich LB- Widuch, Raebel, Borzick, DB- Blaziewske, Farley. Specials K-Schebler P-Croak maybe Ret-Mrkvicka.  There may possibly be more, but problay no less.

2say- That's a pretty good team you picked. I bet it goes something like that. Does everyone think Beaver will make it even though he's hurt?
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

unfortunately, I am not sure if Beaver gets the nod since he played in 4 conference games.  We know how good he is, but if you do not play in all the games, then you may not get a vote from each team.

QB-1Jacobs, 2Schumann, 3Wolff
RB-1Genslinger, 1Moriarity, 2Anderson, 2Englebert, 2Childs, 3Geldernick, 3UWW backfield(we all know they have the best line and can make a 100 yd. rusher from anything.)
WR-1Stanley, 1Kettenhoffen, 1Wendt, 2Dickert, 2Evensen, 2Mrkvicka, 3Danielson, 3Gallick, 3Kubasa
OL-UWW starting 5 (I am thinking each starts at every WIAC school) honestly 3 guarantees from UWW, but no reason not to add the backside.
DL-1Klepp, 1Neff, 1Hoffman? (cannot think of others @ DL
LB-1Raebel, 1Widuch, 1Steffen, 2Borzick(due to being a jr. bu may slide in if only 3 DL)
DB-1Teeples, 1Fitts, 1Weinstein, 1Halvorson

Plus, Raiderguy, LAX LB is probably "...a fountain of misplaced rage."  Con Air
I think that's how it goes; I can't check the DVD now because my daughter is watching "The Little Mermaid"  -  no good quotes from that one!
Everyone knows people who badmouth MCU will eventually pay for it later.

I know you are a Stout fan so you're going to be biased but there is no way Stout gets 5 first team all-conference players with being 2-5 at best, possibly 1-6.  They will be lucky to get 2 guys on the team.  If you dont win, you dont get recognized.  For Fitts and Weinstein one of them might make it (Weinstein) but both will not.  Whitewater will be well represented as they should be but some of you are mentioning practically the whole team.  Maybe with honorable mentions added in.  Actually you probably dont even get that many nominations.  Interesting how you dont have any point or pville players on first team when they could both finish tied for 3rd.  I bet both teams get atleast 2 if not 3 guys on first team somewhere.

I forgot about Kettenhoffen when I made my first team... he might make it a head of Evenson because of where his team placed.

Of course I am going to be biased to the Stout team.  That is because my opinions are influenced by teams I see.  I believe that the way your team plays and game plans has a lot to do with how the all-conference team is influeneced.  Example is Fitts is always playing man-on-man defense.  Again these are just my opinions.
I beleive coaches will pick a Senior "Name" guy compared to an up and comer underclassman.

I did not have any point players since I have not seen them and do not think they are a quality team to the standards of UWW or UWL.  With UWP, I did pick their RB.  They may get a DL as well, but I am not seeing any other ones that will beat out a UWW player.

Warning: Blogging on this site is a big relief from lying democratic campaign adds. I have a correction! The fumble the officials gave back to Point in Saturdays game, was not a fumble. A UWP coach told me it was incomplete and not a fumble. I had the wrong angle at the game. The officials got it right. The only mistake was taking 10 seconds to decide. That is not bad if they got it right, as they do most of the time! God bless you guys!

I didnt see that you put the pville running back on the team.  sorry.  Of course Point isnt on the same level when it comes to La Crosse and Whitewater otherwise they would have about the same records.  I just thought it was interesting that you didnt put any Point players on first team when they might finish third.  But you answered my question, so now I know.

Playoff question:
How possible is it for Bethel to get a Pool C and LAX not get one.
I mean LAX played one less game in season and also played out of division for aother victory.  I know all of us on here know that UWL would rock Bethel, but how likely/possible can this be?

Disregard the previous question as I thought they had already played St. John's.  This should not b an argument.  I apologize.

Hey, if you're going to play the grammar card on people you better take the time to proofread yourself.  That's all I'm saying.

Otherwise you could end up in Iraq.....

That's not funny,  I'm in Iraq ;)
