WELCOME TO THE MACHINE!

Anyone know if the WW/Norberts game is televised?
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

I am crushed....no stamp of approval!

Congratulations to all the A C guys in the WIAC. I saw Kleppe play in EC and he still had the club, I mean cast on his hand. He was a beast and EC had no answer to stop him.

Maybe just maybe there will be a rematch but everyone has plenty to do before then.

I would love to see a SJU vs WW redo too.
WELCOME TO THE MACHINE!

UW-Whitewater's volleyball team just swept Cal Lutheran to get to the Div III Final Four. Another win tomorrow and there'll be a chance for a Warhawk (volleyball/football) double win on Saturday. How would that sound? ;)

Congratulations to the Women Warhawks, on the road to another Natinal Champinship in Salem.

The following comes from Warhawkfootball.com (Story by Daily Union Sports Editor Jeff Seisser appeared in today's paper)

Beaver's Back?

Whitewater's running game may receive a shot in the arm in the possible return of All-American Justin Beaver. The NCAA's defending rushing champion, sidelined with a broken collar bone since Oct. 16, returned to practice this week. Whether or not he plays is going to be a game-day decision by the doctors, said Berezowitz about Beaver's potential return. He went through a full practice (Tuesday). There's always going to be that unknown until he takes a hit.

Literally, a shot in the arm ;)  A little cortizone will take care of the pain.

A tradition unrivaled...

We should all, including me, call Fox Sports North, to have the playoffs on TV. I, for one, really enjoyed the TV games on this year. I hope they are continued for next year. I also congratulate all of the players honored for all conference. I agree Kleppe is the best DL in the conference. I would like to hear about his GPA and Major, since he won the Scholar Athlete of the Year. No disrespect, but this award is too often tilted towards Athletic success, rather than GPA. For example, should a starter with a GPA of 3.8 in Engineering, get more credit than a Physical ED major with a 3.25 GPA who is all conference. This has been an  issue at UWP, since we are the team of Engineers vs PE students! God Bless!

janesvilleflash

C'mon, you gotta like this guy.
Kleppe is a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society and the Phi Kappa Phi National Honors Fraternity.  He is involved in the campus Crusade for Christ and the Intervarsity Christian Fellowship.  Kleppe is active in UW-Whitewater's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and the Student Wisconsin Education Association.

Flash -

You seem to know a lot about him...do you know his major, GPA, social security number, mothers maiden name, etc. etc. for UWPSUPERFAN77?  His extracurricular activities are impressive, sounds like a worthy choice to me.

CaptainKurt

The almighty phy ed degree is a powerful weapon.  Thank God for that major.

So Kleppe is a member of the Gold Key International Society. I have a card good for a Complementary admission to the Gold Club in Atlanta.
