From a very good perspective on that matter (note the user name) i have seen and HEARD the players are very excited about the new coaching situation. It was the est thing for the program, in mine and very many others opinions.

Was UWEC A Bad team this year with a losing record? Was RF a bad team this Year? They are examples of teams that are highly competitive against other non conference teams, and often play well in our conference.  when you play 7 to 8 hard games a year some one wins and loses! God Bless!

Yes they were.  Stout was as well.  They'd be good teams if they played high school teams too but they don't and they weren't.   I don't mean any disrespect to any of them.   They worked hard all year and gave their best effort.  But they were what they were and that wasn't good football teams. 

I don't know if you've been following Platteville too long or it's simply part of your feel good, god bless you outlook on life.  Either way you've lost a realistic perspective.   They were what they were and no rationaliztion (if they just played someone else) is going to change that.
