21-3 UWW at the half. demoralizing TD to close out the half for the Hawks!! Looks like Whitewater's D is out playing Stout's D. whitewater's line is keeping Ball in check so far. i haven't heard his name called all that often. Donovan threw his first pick of the year, sounds like b/c the WR fell while running a timing route.

Great half, 'hawks have yet to punt.

On a side note, there are some top 10 teams that fell today....

1 time at my count!

Probably won't hear much, BoBo, because...

it's UWW 38 - 3 with 11:37 remaining in the game.   ;)

Yikes!! Big goose egg on enemy sacks on the day, too. Not sure about this 02 Warhawk, but except on the 2 designed QB draws, I think the only time the Blue Devil defense laid a hand on him was during the coin toss before the game and during hand shakes after the game.  Can you confirm that?  Not bad Warhawk O-line...including a freshman Jimmy Norris (another one of those Illinois guys  ;)) filling in for injuried Mark Gawronski.

not sure....i stopped listening early in the third. i don't know if he got hit at all. maybe hurried a few throws..but all-in-all the O-line did wonders against the best the WIAC had to offer defensively, outside Borland's boys of course  :)

Wow Blue Devils... last year I rememeber the stats/score being SLIGHTY closer! I didn't get to watch the game since I am in Boston, but was it just WW's O that controlled the game or what? ???

badgerwarhawk

Last year WW played without it's starting quarterback and couldn't get a first down in the second half.  This year they had their starter and had no problems moving the ball effectively.

Streaming video is provided free of charge off the Stout webpage.  I would think it is available in Boston since I was able to watch from Korea -- at least until it went kaput midway through the 3rd quarter.  But, in a way, it lasted longer than the game did.   ;)

Congrats to Jeff Schebler. If the Johnnies had someone half as good, they would have had some laughers this year.
