Any chance the Point-Whitewater game could be moved to a 6:00PM start ?? Beloit @St. Norbert takes priority for me but I wouldn't mind seeing both games.  ;D

Everyday is payday in paradise.

I can get bigger. It's my birthday tomorrow so why not play on Thursday. I'll need half an hour to get to Point and with the early pool league a 2:00PM kick off would be fine.  ;)

wow...didn't expect to see UWW 4th in the West. I guess you can contribute that to our weak schedule and nobody wanting to play us outside the WIAC in DIII.

Maybe that'll change if we beat UWSP and UWL

Well, the SOS will certainly rise, that's for sure.

hopefully enough to boost our SOS and regional rankings. IF we run the table in WIAC, finishing second the country and only get one home game in the playoffs...doesn't seem right.

It's early though, we'll see how these rankings progress the next few weeks. or if we get moved out of the west....maybe a knee-jerk reaction on my part  :P

Pat,

Aren't wins over other regional ranked teams a primary criteria as well (or has that been phased out)? Linfield, SJU, and Central all have one and UWW doesn't.  Just another thing that could be different by the next rankings.

I dunno, Central has 2 (Coe and UWSP) so maybe thats not as big of an influence.

Oh, right, my bad -- Central had two.  Well, then it is primarily mapped to the mathematical SOS...a little too much so.  Interesting.  Next week's could be very interesting as well (after we see what happens with UWW/UWSP and Oxy/Cal Lu).

Wins over UWSP, Oshkosh and UWL will bump that SOS number up pretty good.

Id expect some shifts week to week. Ill be damn surprised if UWW is there at seasons end. I dont see how they can be anything but 1 until they are knocked off, but who am I, Im not on the committee.
