Okay...It looked like the Warhawks played according to their advertisements...I'm impressed...but I've got to give it to our Cats for making UWW come from behind.  Congratulations on your victory today.  I expect next week will bring the same.
Don't forget your booties cause it's cold out there!

Back in Chi-Town from the game. Great game and super tailgate.....one pot chili dump was great......How about Coppage's last run when  he reversed his field and went in for the TD. Linfield did a great job stuffing the run with 8 or 9 guys up daring UWW to hit the long one and finally they did.....Way to go out in your last game Jordan(8)! Now hopefully to get a few things done at home and then off to Salem....Great job Warhawks......5 in a row is unbelievable......Only one more hurdle to cross and then another national championship.......

Mount loses their QB...Whitewater lost Anthony White to an apparent injury...TV showed him on the training table with the trainers looking at his ankle. I don't believe he ever did return after that image. Anyone at the game see him on the sidelines?  Mount also played w/o their DE Millings for unknown reason. Anybody else I'm forgetting? Hopefully the story of the Stagg Bowl won't be who's not able to play. What would be better for UWW, Shorts at WR or at QB?  :-\ Tough choice either way.

Who is this team called University of Wisconsin Whitewater?  Does your school sponsor a rafting team?

I feel like I have seen your team play before, but I can't put my finger on it.  How long have you been in a NCAA Division III program?

Well, I am an alumni from a small, private school in NE Ohio.  We have been fairly successful over the past two decades or so and I am anxiously awaiting a hard fought, sportsmanlike battle this coming Saturday at the Stagg Bowl.

See you in Salem!  ;)

Actually, we learn how to design and build kayaks!! It's a technical school, technically.

P.S. is it time to put the block in the back "clip" back up?  :P

k-pop, any word on your QB? Or shouldn't we expect anything until game time next saturday? How does Mount usually handle injury information?

Mount Union usually handles injury information like Bill Belicheck.  ;)

This is the only press I have seen on it.  From the Canton Repository:
QuoteKehres did not elaborate on why Rocco could not return. The senior watched the rest of the game, mostly standing on the sideline with his hands in a warmer.

Kehres said he has "an A, B and C plan" on how he will handle his quarterback situation next week. Rocco is Plan A. Kehres also said Shorts may practice at quarterback.

You can put that video back up.  Doesn't bother me anymore.  I'll take 4/5 in the Stagg and a video on your posts anyday!  ;)

I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

Congratulations to Whitewater on a well fought battle. Nobody thought Linfield had a chance but that wasn't the case. I look forward to a Whitewater victory next week to prove that Linfield is among the elite in the division. (although I think we've already proved it today)

so what you are saying is we are seeing the rebirth of Micheli (sp?) and Kmic??? didn't the exact same happen for them when they were freshman? starters both got hurt in playoffs and they came in and owned it???

Congratulations to the Warhawks on a nice comeback.  Good luck in the Stagg Bowl.

Wesley couldn't beat Mount Union if they had a 3 touchdown spot.....

Actually it looks like they could

I think you are engaging in some selective remembering, BN.  Plenty of us not only thought the Cats had a chance but lost a little sleep over this match up as well.  The Cats are an elite program and they proved that once again to the D-3 community and Warhawk fans!  Two great match-ups between two stellar programs.  Congrats to the Cats, their coaching staff and fans on a fantastic year and a great showing in the Perk!

Congrats to the Hawks on getting it done yesterday!  They hung tough and made the big plays when needed.  Stagg Bowl appearances 5 years in a row!  You guys are something!!!  Now, let's bring home another Walnut and Bronze!!!
