No offense intended DOC but you haven't convinced me that you aren't the one who is leaking something around the edges.  Take the loss a little too hard?
DOC often does not make sense....heck one time I PM'd him to make sure he wasn't having a stroke....   ::)
Go Cats!

DO.C. is just in code mode....He is actually trying to compliment the Warhawks. ;D
Don't forget your booties cause it's cold out there!

Hey WW gang!  Gosh....isn't this just frickin' GRAND!   ;D  Here we are again........UGH!

Since a few Linfield backers are spouting the same things they did in 2005 (that was the two best teams playing.....time will tell we are the second best team...yada..yada...yada....myopic mutterings.....etc..etc..), can you guys just claim the "Best of all time West Trophy", and Mount will just take home the Walnut & Bronze?  Win-win....right?   ;)

I think WW is at least a solid 10 (if not more) point favorite for this game.  Mount's offense is in shambles, and with the size, speed, and athleticism of WW's offense, Mount's stout defense will wear down at some point.  I can't believe I am going to drive all that way knowing we are in for a beating.  Sigh..........

I cannot ask Eric Kosterman for any leeway on this board, nor should he give it.
The highlight of my tailgating experience Saturday was having parked next to his father and him. After scolding him  :) for the two tipped passes in 2005 - one which was a perfect cut and return by AJ for the game winner (teamwork) - he tried to take me around to tailgates so I could meet posters who sort of invited us.
Guess not.
I walked every aisle of the south parking lot and stood in front of every tail gate with my LINFIELD colors flying. Zip. Nada.
Eric took me to that big shindig at the NW end because he believed there had been a Sakman sighting there. Some halfway friendly person said to come back at halftime.
We did.
Stood there and shuffled. Finally asked, "May we try a brat?"
NO ANSWER.
Took one off the grill without a bun and left.

No tailgating. No friendly banter. B.S.

Right before Boehme broke his long run to be caught from behind by team speed I tried to quip with a bunch of UWW gear in the south end zone area.
Zip. Nada.
Me being impressed does not mean much, does it?
Not impressed, at all.
Except for Eric and his father.

if this is true I apologize...granted I don't know how hard you actually tried to meet other people or socialize but most of the time people in Wisconsin are some of the nicest when it comes to tailgaiting and doing a little ribbing back and forth before the games...I know in my recent trip to Lambeau that even though I've been gone and out of the state for a while its fun to always go home and head to a Packer/Badger/Brewers/Warhawk game because you always have "friends and family" there...I think your experience is one of the very few and definietly in the minority...only way people in wisconsin don't get a long with you is if you are a Cubs fan or a Bears fan (most recently a Vikings fan as well) but even most of those we get along with as well...the key word is "most"  ;D

Props to HSCoach, his line for the game was dead on, UWW giving 10.5 points. There's was a moment there in the third quarter where I flinched towards my phone to call and cancel my Ronoake hotel reservations. Good thing I didn't let my knee-jerk reaction get the best of me  ;D.

Thanks.

If it wasn't for a sack and fumble recovery at the Wesley 8 yard line late in the 4th quarter setting up an easy TD, I'd have pegged the MUC/Wesley spread too.  Arrggg.

Safe travels to all the UWW faithful heading south.  I'd wish you "good luck" but I doubt you're going to need it facing a QB-less offense.  Double Arrggg!
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Danny Jones, whom people who know him hold in high regard, IMHO, was a Hessian, a mercenary, a Blackwater employee. JD appears ready to leave that 'lil 'ol DIII school short of graduation for a baseball chance. That, IMHEducatedO classifies him as a Hessian, a mercenary, a Blackwater employee, as well.

Logic dictates after he unwound from that hit he was thinking about his baseball future.  I applaud him that he came back and did his job.
Hmm..............didn't a Cat from D1 transfer to Linfield to help them win a national championship?  What was his name?  Elliot something???   ;) I have no idea what the other rumor you are floating is about but if there is any truth to it, why is that different than any D-1 guys leaving school early for the NFL, NBA, etc?  Why don't you stop taking pot shots at the fans, players and school and lose with class like your team did.

???

JD (Jeff Donovan) turning pro in baseball after the football season and before graduation defies logic.  ;)

Aw shucks, s_s, if you believe that we can just have the NCAA award the walnut and bronze to the Warhawks today and save everyone the trouble going to Salem. At least we can get our Christmas shopping done on time then.  ;)

I think we will have to suffer through a week of smoke and mirrors from the MUC faithful, Bobo  :)

Past history indicates that using "graduation" and "Jeff Donovan" in the same sentence defies logic too.

Sorry.  That one was just too easy. ;)

You fail to mention , because of ignorance or just wanting to push buttons, that Danny Jones has stayed at UWW and with the FB program in many capacities. QB coach and JV O coordinator if I'm not mistaken.  If he was (all those labels) he would have transfered back to a Cal college to graduate instead of enduring the bitter WI winters.

QuoteI thought Donovan was dead after this play.

He probably did too.

Kudos to Buzzy. Impressive accuracy with a very unorthodox delivery. He really, really snaps that ball with the half wind-up he has perfected.

There's only one way to find out if a man is honest...ask him. If he says 'yes,' you know he is a crook.

I wouldn't expect to see too much sympathy on this board about "Mount's offense is in shambles"... :P Besides, Mount's D scares the #%$ out of me.....

I think i see smoke coming from the OAC site and it's blowing in our direction   ;D    ;)
