ALERT FROM D3FOOTBALL.COM

Due to the inclement weather, kickoff for Stagg Bowl XXXVII is being moved to 4:03pm EST.

With about a foot of snow on the ground and the greatest remaining accumulations likely between now and 9:30am EST according to weather advisories available this morning, the NCAA Committee, ESPN and the City of Salem decided to allow for extra time for snow removal to ensure the safety of all involved.

The game will now air on ESPN Classic starting at 4:00pm EST.  Your D3football.com pregame show will now begin at 1:30pm EST.  Please go to the D3football.com front page for more information.

Check here for internet options.  It's available in many areas on ESPN360.com. I'm not sure how the time change will effect the broadcast. It's still being listed as a 11am EDT start.  Also, here are some links from D3football.com

Sweet! I was going to have to miss the game because of graduating from UWW today but now I'll be able to watch it! Praise the football gods!  :P

I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Well I guess that means bowling Saturday is off.  Mrs BW isn't going to like that.  :D

This is like being told you can open your presents on Christmas Eve, then finding out that day you have to wait until Christmas morning .....  :-[
What the hell was that?  That was a Drop-kick.  Drop-kick? How much is that worth?  Three points.  THREE POINTS?!

Well that was a waste of time and money....I made it as far as my connecting flight to atlanta last night, before i was forced to fly back to milwaukee b/c roanoke airport closed. nothing like spending $250 to fly to atlanta and back in 10 hour span  >:(

I'm sure i wasn't the only one this happen to yesterday...

There's only one way to find out if a man is honest...ask him. If he says 'yes,' you know he is a crook.

Hillarious!!

FYI!!

If your're looking for options to view todays delayed Stagg Bowl, you can view it on either ESPN 360 or on ESPN Classic.  ESPN Classic is not available as a free standing channel.  It is only available as part of Directv's "Sports Pack" which gives something like 34 additional sports channels.  It's normally $12.99/month, but it's being offered as a 90 day trail for $7.99.  You have to keep it for a minimum of 1 month, where at that time you may cancel the package.  Since I don't have ESPN 360 available to me in my area, this is the option I opted for.

Hope this info helps some people out.  With all of that siad.....GO HAWKS!!! ;D

You can't have everything.....Where would you put it?

Better do some 'net browsing.  This morning, espn360 showed the game at 11:00.  Sometime after the time change, the Stagg Bowl disappeared and did not appear at the 4:00 PM time slot.

Perhaps checking UWW and MUC websites may clarify options as day goes on.
