If Whitewater couldn't beat Franklin with their 2nd string QB, then they aren't a legit title contender.  Which we know they are and then some.  Both Mount and Whitewater could have won their Round 1 games with me playing QB.

Lineman ALWAYS think they can play QB........ ::) ;D

:D Now that got me laughing  ;D

Just got back on here today... matter of fact #26 fits the Franklin QB great!! Thanks for the info and best of luck to him in whatever he does. May his father R.I.P.
P.S. Just b/c I can... Is there any chance we can just simulate the TRINE game?? Really just want to go down and pound NC in Napperville with a HUGE following of Warhawk fans in attendance!! Who's in?? And I don't need a bunch of "Coach" like comments that we shouldn't overlook Trine...They are who we thought they were.  ehhh Good not Great and DON'T have a chance:)

Sidekick:  Thanks a lot.  You just got docked 2 points in the Pick-Em's.  A couple more wise-guy comments like that and you'll be near me.
I find easily offended people rather offensive!

Statistics are like bikinis; what they reveal is interesting, what they hide is essential.

This computer puts North Central at #1. Committee right after all?

Not quite - the committee still has NCC as only the #4 overall seed. :P

(Which further upsets some UWW posters, since even if they win the region they will travel to the semis unless a #3 or lower seed wins the St. Thomas region.)

Cool. just read this so its NCC #1, UWW #2, Mt Union #3 and rounding out your top 4 is powerhouse Williams from the NESCAC. You had me at NCC. :)

Oops. :-[  Even worse for UWW - I could easily see a sub-#2 seed winning the 'west'; can't easily imagine anyone but Wesley or UMHB from the 'south'.

I was just thinking, as good as the Franklin game was, it would have been even closer if a couple receivers hadn't dropped passes when they were in the open. Think what 'COULD OF" been.

Trine's website has a couple video clips of games.  Trine has some fast guys that can make plays.
If UWW can handle Trine, I think they will have gained valuable game experience for handling high level passing attacks and speed that should help in future rounds, especially if we come up against NCC.

I wouldn't be surprised to see another first half similar to Franklin as UWW adjusts.  Thankfully UWW is exceptional at game time adjustments and four quarter strength.

I was wondering if UWW is getting scared that they may have to play an away game?

Pat Coleman

Backtrack about 20 pages but I think Linfield fans know that UW-Whitewater has played a good number of away games on this run. (Especially compared to Mount Union, which has played zero this millennium.)
