I understand that he was making a joke. However, it is my view that the D3 Student-Athletes should be not the target the jokes or personal criticism. We can discuss D3 football - upcoming games and past games without resorting to to making fun of players, their names, or their nicknames. Nick has probably heard this before so he likely would not be offended.

T_Unit, based on his email, appears to be UWW. Again, in my view, his post straddles the line for the Internet policy that UWW must comply.

The Kukoc from Unit was a joke- based on the former Bulls player (Croatia?), I'm sure he meant no disrespect to the running back.

I don't know if you know this, but I happen to know the kids last name is not spelled the same and if you can't take a joke it would appear you have bigger issues to deal with...and congrats on stalking me to find out what my e-mail is...please don't disrespect other UWW alumn by grouping me in with them...this continued behavior is borderline on straddling the internet policy NCC has in place

with that said...I can't wait for Saturday...I get to fly into Gary Indiana at 7:30 A.M. and work in Hodgkins for the day and fly out at 5 P.M....I get a company car at the airport so maybe I should just head on over to Naperville on some sort of "detour" because of the snow and traffic...I'm done talking about predictions so that I don't bunch anyones panties up but good luck to the warhawks and good luck to the individuals I have known or come to know on a personal level...you have all worked just as hard as any warhawk before you and I know no one wants to see you guys finish the year off...best of luck and "Pound the rock"

We have a great group of regulars on here these days who really know football and post intelligently without a lot of bravado, for the most part.  We also have each others backs when necessary but on the flip side, if one of our own, "straddles the line for internet policy," of the WIAC boards, someone on here is going to step up and call them on it.   I usually stay out of that stuff but made an exception in your case.  Felt your comment was unjustly misinterpreted and I am sensitive when it involves a player directly so I was one of many to jump in.  Reading all the posts before reacting is always a good idea.  You might find the reaction is done for you and it usually comes with more credibility that way, I find.  Safe travels.

Pat, is it really accurate to say Booker Stanley "transfered" from Wisconsin to WHITEWATER when he hadn't played football for five years in between the two schools and was not even enrolled at Wisconsin when he came to WHITEWATER?  

I suppose his credits "transfered" over from Madison so he can graduate, right? I wonder if that defines being a transfer student?

That certainly meets a definition.
