Have I mentioned yet that I hate being on opposite sides with many of you on this board?  Seems so unnatural!   ;) :-* :-*

Yea, i know what you mean...however, I live up here in cheesehead land, so things could get very ugly for me sunday after the game.

That doesn't stop me from cheering though...after UWW won it all I took my Warhawk flag down outside my house and replaced it with my Bears flag!!!

Bear Down!!

I also have a Cubs and Blackhawks flag my neighbors love  ;D

That reminds me of a little story about being a Bears fan in Miwaukee. I went to the American Legion Hall for dinner last friday while wearing my Chicago Bears hoodie. As soon as I walked in someone asked me if I had my life insurance up to date  :D. It felt like one of those movie scenes when a stranger walks into a bar, then the music and chatter abruptly stops and everyone turns and stares at you.. that's what it felt it to me.

Also, while I was eating this one "gentleman" came up to me and said he wanted to dump his fish fry on me after he saw my bears sweatshirt. then when I was walking out someone yelled "Go Seahawks." Nothing I could really do but laugh along with them....they really meant no harm....just poking fun.

Just a day in the life of a chicago sports fan living in wisconsin.... ;)

I just wanted to say, that this game's banter is like watching an intersquad scrimmage.......and I love it!. BTW GO PACKERS!!!

The Bears have a better record but I think that we have more talent. The game will come down to the Bears ability to pick up our blitzers and the ability of Our offensive line to contain their four man pass rush. If we force them to blitz, Rodgers will destroy them.

I totally agree.  A lot will come down to the QB and line play.  Can we contain and pressure Rodgers and protect Cutler?  Whether we see "Good Cutler" or the dreaded "Bad Cutler" will depend on if he is running for his life.

Hopefully the sports illustrated curse will hit cutler, and he will show his true BAD CUTLER and the packers will show why they are the best team. The first time they played they had  aproblem with controlling their emotions. To many flags.
The second time I think they were worried that they might play them again in the first round of the playoffs. So they held thigns back. Which I personaly think is foolish especiall since they have all 16 games of theirs on film.
Either way the Packers will WIN.
Clay Mathews>brian urlacher, Aaron Rodgers>Cutler McMarthy>Lovie Smith. PACKERS>bears WISCONSIN>illinois.

Apparently he's never been in Brookfield's American Legion Hall... ;)   :D

Then again, I'm not built like an All-American Linebacker....poeple might be a little more afraid of him.

Really??? last time I checked Smith has a winning record against McCarthy (as well as McMarthy  ;) ).

Smith won the division and was awarded a first round bye. not bad coaching for a team projected to finish 8-8, with far less talent compared to the Packers.

The funny part about it is that we're playing with several guys who weren't even thought about before we were hit with several key injuries and we still have more talent  :D. If we made it this far this year, next year........

Ya, not needing a wildcard to get into the play-offs could be a possibility and the Pack might even have a chance at the NFC North title....................... ;) :D ;D
Maybe we should be having a discussion about which team overachieved the most this season.  That might get you Packer fans on my side!   ;)
