Wheaton played Albion this year. Wheaton had 561 yds of offense and 56 pts (206 rushing and 355 passing). Albion rushed for 73 yds and passed for 216. Their qb isn't very good. They have 1 good running back (Clinton Orr), 1 decent receiver (J.C. Kruse) and 1 good corner (Chris Greenwood). Wheaton won 56-34 (Albion had a 93 yd kick return for a TD and a sack/Fumble return for a TD). I don't see this being close at any point.

As a fan, I can use a blow-out win....its been awhile since we won by more than 15 points.

Why use ancient history? UW-Stevens Point went 4-6 this season, didn't particularily impress anyone and beat Albion on the road 14-3. I'd say UWW will be just fine.

Just Bill- You're making me feel old (a bit prematurely I hope!) :o ...I played against Albion in 04 and 05, hence the reason I posted the "ancient history"   :D

I did a little write up about the Playoff Bracket on my WIAC blog.

I briefly touched on what could-have-been for Oshkosh if they just have beaten La Crosse.

Dominant, not dominate. Not really directed at you, but I noticed that mistake in the write up, mostly because people have been increasingly making that mistake on this forum. When you beat someone you dominate them, but when you consistantly beat them you are the dominant team.  >:( :D ;) :) 8-) :P

02, I hope we can give you a blow-out, otherwise I might suggest some Zoloft, you have been a little down as of late!   ;)

UWW,
Congratulations on your DII midwest championship. Rugby midwest championship that is.
I'm so happy 'cause today I found my friends. They're in my head.  I'm so ugly, that's okay, 'cause so are you!

The Wisconsin Whitewater campus competes in NCAA Division II sports? (no DIII rugny, huh?)
Time for the football team to move up.
(Unless the economy has the enrollment down below 10,000)

Any day now. It usually gets released in the third week of November.

Tyler Huber this week's WIAC offensive player of the week and LaVell Coppage this week's WIAC special teams player of the week.  Oshkosh's Taylor Goodman was the defensive player of the week.

So is anybody here already planning on going to Salem if the Hawks make it again? I'm toying with the idea but now that its on a Friday, I only have one vacation day left to spend this year.
