Would like to commend the blitz coverage of the game. I thought the D3football, UMU and UWW audio, and the ESPN video productions were professional grade. I watched online at ESPN3 and had all four audios mixed in. Made for an entertaining way to watch a good ballgame.

I'm going to blame my way off prediction on the weather/field conditions. UWW played much better the last few weeks. Blame that on the opposition if you wish. It would be hard to argue with that also.

One question. I know Coppage has made his living running between the tackles, but it looked like UMU was stacking everyone inside. Why didn't they at least try running him outside the tackles.

As one who loves a 1-0 pitchers' dual in baseball, I don't necessary have that same mentality while watching a football game. But I must admit I was impressed with both defenses tonight and was thoroughly entertained while watching the game tonight... 

A deserved "well done" goes to both teams, and thanks for a great D3 championship game...

Congratulations UW-W!  A hard fought battle against a highly prepared, highly motivated, highly talented, very proud team.  Both teams were determined not to be denied.  Warhawk fans have a LOT to be proud of tonight.  That was survival out there!

9 years or so ago I sat in the stands and watched Mount Union monkey stomp Whitewater during my sons red shirt year and then the next year they beat us pretty bad in Ohio.....after that 7 trips to the finals, 4 national championships,and 45 wins in a row. My son told me they were getting pretty good but this run is unbelievable. Great players, great coaching, and some luck has made for great success.....Continue to Pound the Rock......Congrats to all......
